JYJ LA FAN ACCOUNT

There are section titles so you don’t have to read all of it. You can just read what you’re interested in.

Preparations
I made small and thin posters for the concert. They took several hours each to make even though they were pretty crappy. I wrote in katakana and made two. Mine said “Jyunsu” on one side and “Yunjae” on the other. The one I made for my sister said “Yuchon” and “Jejun.” I spray painted them to make them glow in the dark forgetting the fact that the surrounding glowsticks would not make the venue dark enough. They also didn’t get enough light exposure before hand.
My sister made a little heart shaped pillow for Junsu. On one side it says “Junsu oppa saranghaeyo!” and “Hwaiting!” on the other. She had to sew in Korean and she has never even written in Korean before. So she was going really out of her way to make a present for my favorite member. She spent several hours on it.

Gifts & Cards
The first thing I did was thank them, because that of course is most important. The first paragraph on all of their cards are the same but after that it changes. I asked Jaejung to take better care of himself and to not drink so much because I’m worried about him. I told Junsu that he has helped me a lot in terms of making me feel better especially lately with everything that has been going on. I congratulated Yucheon on his awards as well as wishing him a happy birthday.
So while in Little Tokyo I bought them some cute little stuffed animal things. I got a little cat head for the proud owner of kittyshinki. Yucheon got a little hamtaro hamster looking thing (basically a smaller version of the hamster stuffed my friend has that she named Taemin that I call Taemster.) As for Jaejung, I got him a little Rillakkuma (because the friend I just mentioned has one that she named Yunho and being the yunjae shipper that I am I just had to.)

CD Purchases
I bought Mirotic and T in Korea Town. So now I have (Heart Mind & Soul, T, Secret Code, Best Selection, Keep Your Head Down, The Beginning, and will be getting Homin’s Japanese album in the mail soon.) Sadly, the T album case was broken. The part that holds the cd (those little pieces) were broken when I opened it. I had heard that there was a store in Korea Town that sold cds like that (one of my friends has got a few cds like that there) but I didn’t what store it was. Well I know now. But Mirotic is fine.

Pre-concert
My sister made me a white shirt for the concert that says “Always keep the faith” in red on the front and on the back it has a picture of Junsu from Intoxication promotions that says “Xiahnism.” So for any of you who were there, if you saw a shirt like that then you saw me. A short blonde decked out in dbsk jewelry (junsu bracelet, yunho earrings, and junsu crown pendant.)
Met up with Regina & Lucy (the admins of yeahtohoshinki) again. I love getting to hang out with some fellow Cassies. My best friend is a shawol, and my sister is a VIP (but turning into a Cassie because of the concert. MWAHAHAHA! SUCCESS!) She claims that she isn’t really a member of any fanclub but she really favors Big Bang and DBSK over everything else.
It’s also fun seeing people that I remember from previous kpop concerts.
I got “dong bang shin ki ~ always keep the faith” rubber wristband from a fellow Cassie and I gave it to my sister because she really wanted it.

FLASHMOB
There was a van for 104.3 right across from the Nokia Theater and some fangirls got them to play “Be My Girl” remix. They even taught us the dance for the chorus and so we did a flashmob. People passing by even took out their cameras as well as the other fangirls around. They played the song twice because they thought it was cool how we could just gather random fangirls together who don’t know each other and learn a dance quickly and to perform as well.

YUNJAE LOVE
There were some girls going around with Yunjae posters. One of them was a fanart of them holding each other wearing the prince outfits from Yunho’s musical. The other one was a photoshopped picture with Jae in a chair (wearing the blue oversized sweater and looking all shy and cute) with Yunho on bended knee in front of him. It was talking about their four year anniversary from when Yunho first stated that they are married. They had us sign the poster and then we learned that the marker we used to sign it was a marker that Jaejung himself had used to sign something for them.

In the venue
So I went downstairs to guest services to give them the gift bags I had for them, and they said it would given to their managers (the managers at the theater) and then to JYJ. Sadly when I was rushing in to get to my seat, my bracelet (that my sister made by hand for me fell off.) Thankfully a fellow Cassie turned it in to lost and found. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
The stuff on the screens before the concert started just normal ads until tvK said music videos and MIROTIC was on the screen. “ADVERTISING: YOU’RE DOING IT RIGHT!” I yelled “I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE!”
The girls sitting next to us gave us some glow stick bracelets.
And I have to say thanks to Hyundai for giving me the best thing I ever got for free (all I had to do was like them on facebook) and I got these amazing binoculars.

THE CONCERT
So I screamed like how I did for Homin at SM Town meaning the kind where you scream so loud that it ends up not only hurting your throat but also makes you feel sick in a way. But I only do this for my boys. I only scream like that for dbsk. No other band deserves that kind of painful scream from me. I’m sorry but I’m a die-hard Cassie. I only like other bands. I’m not invested in really learning about other bands and getting all of their songs. I only have that desire for DBSK.
Anyway, the free glowstick I got from DBSK nights broke because I was shaking it too hard from being too into the concert. I sadly did that in the first three songs. I wasn’t the only one though.
The girls behind me yelled “BAMBAYA!” what trolls. lol.
My sister only knew a few JYJ songs though (Ayyy Girl, Empty, Be the One, & Be My Girl.) She has heard the other songs because I’ve played them around her but she didn’t pay much attention. So she’d ask me what song they were doing.
When they did Ayyy Girl, Yucheon attempted to rap Malik Yusef’s part. It was so cute. I’m not sure during what song, but apparently he grabbed a fan’s hand. lucky .

As for the whole back up dancer stuff going on right now. Junsu was barely touched by any of them. Telisha touched all three but she’s cool and I have no problems with her. He didn’t have problems with her touching him but earlier in the concert when one of the female back up dancers tried to touch him (a little too close for comfort) he swatted her hand away. I thought it was ING AWESOME! During Yucheon’s solo, they were all over him but he seriously doesn’t have interest in them at all. Where as Jaejung was like “YEAH, I’MA PIMP!”
My sister is a Jaejung fan and was kind of fuming from some of it.

Junsu’s Dancing
She was really impressed with Junsu’s dance solo and when he was dancing to “Get Out.” She was saying that he puts dancers who can seriously do the robot perfectly to shame. Like she said that he puts Poreotics to shame. He was tutting and stuff. It was amazing and did his signature handstand as well. She can’t believe how fast he can move and she really wants to learn the dance for “Get Out” because it is AMAZING!

RESPECT
What I love most about the concert in terms of respect towards the performers, WE WERE ALL STANDING FOR THE WHOLE CONCERT! That never happens for KMF, and it didn’t happen for all the other kpop events I’ve been to that had seating. One of the best things you can do for an artist besides buying their music, merchandise and going to conerts is when you’re at the concert singing along with them, cheering for them (before it starts, during breaks, after songs and for encores) is definetly a standing ovation. That is one of the most respectful things you can do for a performer and for all of us to be standing the whole time it just makes me so happy to be in this fandom.

EVIL PLAN SUCCEDS
Anyway, my sister is now planning for the next concert and wants to start saving up for it. When I said that “when there will be a dbsk reunion concert at tokyo dome, I am going to it!” She even said she wants to go too. Think about the kind of money this involves. It would be several hundred dollars for the round trip plane tickets even if it is just from LAX to Narita and back, then there’s hotel reservations, taxi fares, and food. So we’re talking a few grand in terms of expenses, and she is normally can’t save money to save her life. She is slowly turning into a Cassie. MWAHAHAHAHAHA!
