Why is it so hard to finish a plot? Like.. why?

I think i will never can finish a single plot till i die

When i thought the plot is okay and the other one also enjoyed it but then.. gone

Just why always happens every single time?

When your plotting partner never has the same enthusiasm like yours.. it's really sad

 And those who applied and talked for few replies then gone and never reply anymore even before the plot started.. what is your motive really?
