this might be a bit unconventional, but hear me out 

Foreword

hello hello, so first things first: i'm not very well versed to this platform so i'm not sure how rp is normally done here. i have been seeing posts here and there and i'm never sure how to interpret them since they kind of read like dating ads (no offense) or it's probably just me. not that it's necessarily a bad thing, but what does it mean when people say freelance rp/fl rp, is it non au or au? the few ads that i've responded to, we jumped straight into talking in character it seems and i wasn't really sure how to ask if they were up to plot/write. 

so like, here's where my request might sound a bit strange, but would someone be down to explain and guide me through freelance rp? like what are the ins and outs? how do i know what's ic and ooc? i've tried finding out myself but i still don't get it (sorry if you've encountered me before and i was straight up weird, i'm just clueless 😅). 

if it matters: i mainly fc taemin, on the minus side of the world (but you might be lucky and catch me on at strange times), i do have a full time job so replies can be sporadic. i'm mainly on discord for now since it's the most convenient for me. please send help asap 😪
