So I never tried this function before but since this is not a fic (maybe in the future but who knows) and more of an idea. But its an idea that has been in my head for a long time so I might as well put it out there and see how it goes...

Just like the title, its SHINee MMORPG AU. There is a virtual reality device that allows players to play online open world while they sleep. The SHINee members do not know each other in any way until they play the game. They are completely different from each other and no one thought they would get along. Although this is gen, if you're familiar with my fics there would be background pairings in there. They formed a group and through trials and tribulations they discover their true selves and learn that they can rely on each other.

Virtual Reality MMORPG concept can be found in manhua's 1/2 Prince or anime Sword Art Online (I never watched it but the concept is similar). Types of game elements will be used for the AU are Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, and League of Legends. But the ultimate influence that kicked off this AU is a FFVII fic Off the Line by esama. You don't need to know any of these to understand the AU as I'm going to keep this very simple for both our sakes.

We are going to start with the maknae of the group (and my favorite); Taemin. When i first start brainstorming the AU it was always centered on Taemin and then it branches off to other members of the group.

In this AU Taemin is a newbie player and one of the youngest to ever sign on. The game actually forbids anyone younger than 18 to play to prevent health complications and interfereing with their education. Taemin was 14 when he played (same age when he debuted), to the amazement of everyone (and himself) able to bypass the game's restrictions and security measures that would have prevented him from playing.

I already made a sketch of Taemin's character in the MMORPG but to keep this interesting I'll let readers get involve. Readers can guess what race (human, elves, demon, etc.) Taemin is. Race can be anything and not limited to a game I mentioned above. Along with your guess, suggest a color for me to use for his hair. Comment below and I will later reveal a wip sketch I made of him.
