Burnout or depressed?
Hey guys, I'm back again
I just wanna make sure that you are healthy and happy
But, these days I feel like I'm stressed or pressured? I don't know.
How can I know if I'm having burnout or depression? Because my assignments keep piling non-stop and probably due to the pressure of staying at home for so long.
Usually, I could cope with it but I don't think I know myself now
So, anyone can help me?
