when she does a very fatal mistake, she might indulge herself for a long time and be very harsh on herself. she will think that she's not enough and that everything is her fault. she also has habit to blame everything on herself because she's a leader. sometimes, this side of her could be despised by others because it does feels like 'it's all about misol', when it's truly not and she's just being too protective. she does have a big responsibility, not as a leader, but for her family too. but even on situation when she's having hard time by herself, she will be always ready to be a shoulder for those who need. she'll be ready to shower them reassurance and comfort.
background : misol was born in busan, to a farmer family. she has her mother, her father, her grandmother and her older sister live in one house together. misol used to believe that she would continue on carrying her family's farm. ever since she was young, she has followed closely of living as a farmer. growing up, her family is fond of music, even her father has a collection of vinyls. her mother taught her guitar. until one day, she saw Boa in the tv and really loved to see how the singer enjoy performing. she decided she wants to try performing too. and so she did, in her school's talent contest. she didn't win or anything, but she loved the feeling of being on stage and singing, seeing everyone enjoying her performance. she decided she wants to go to seoul when she was 14. though her parents were passive-aggressive. they thought that it's an unstable career and said misol is wasting her chance when she could continue her family's farm and help it grow. though they didn't completely support her decision, they let her go. she stayed at her aunt's house while looking for auditions. after 1 year worth of auditions and countless practicing on her aunt's apartment building rooftop, she finally got into cube. she was supposed to debut in clc, but she was removed. in 2016, she joined produce 101 and was ranked top 50. she didn't see any chances of being in a lineup, so she quitted cube and started a youtube channel as a side gig. her subs were around 5k-ish, and then after covering qq's song, she was offered an audition from royal flush and she made it in. in 2018, she got news that her family got into a debt because of a fake buyer fooled them. the damage was a pretty great amount. this make misol contemplates a few time whether to stay and work really hard as an idol or directly helping her family back in busan. ultimately, she would work really hard to achieve success, work anytime and in anyway she can as an idol and pay back her family's debt.
