hazel may look like a tough girl, but she is a devoted friend and is always willing to do anything in order to help the ones she cherish. she will be the one who push your limits positively. she believes all human have a good side in themselves and if you could dig into their personalities, you will definitely bring the good person out. sometimes people used her kindness for their own goods, manipulating her, knowing she wouldn't stand up for herself and acted as if they really need her help.

 

abandoned by her mother and raised by her grandmother, hazel was once expelled from high school after she was falsely accused of drugs. despite these hardships, hazel polishes the shards of her dreams and is determined to be successful as a band vocalist one day. despite insisting that she wants to be independent, even compared herself to a stray cat, hazel often turns to friends for help. hazel has a blunt sense of humor and sarcastic attitude that she jokingly calls herself a sadist.

 

the smirks she wears on the day-to-day, the chin held high, signalling she's comfortable enough with herself. she just knows she's got everything on her palm. she gives off such a strong aura that it can be quite intimidating for people to approach her. even if you have the guts to do so, if you come at her with the wrong attitude, she won't hesitate to put you in your place. well, she's level headed enough to speak up against those who are doing wrong.

 

once hazel makes up her mind, she sticks to it and that's unchangeable. when things don't go her way, she'd pout. like she's always done growing up.

 

LIFESTYLE not much of a morning person, she'll be up and running by an hour before her first class started. always in search for an adventure, she'll go around campus area and looking for something that might catch her interest before going to her clas. during between classes, she is either catching up on sleep because somehow she feels like she is always sleepy or helping out the lyricist to make junkband's new songs. when the classes are over, she can be found either at the band practice or those little coffee shops around campus, working on any tasks she got that day.

 

weekends are when she's not having her fingers typing up her assignments. all of her time is for junkband practice as she's really serious about this band and when the practice is over, it's party time!! she goes to parties, yes, with raddle in hand.

band practice she doesn't have freelance jobs nor going to any club so she can go to the band practice like anytime after the last class which fit into the other's schedule.

RELATIONSHIPS 

 

they are in the same age but for hazel, poppy is a baby. her roomate since freshman year. they actually got along well with each other mostly because poppy is a whole sunshine on herself. the first time she came to the dorm, poppy was the one who welcomed her. she enjoyed talking with poppy a lot about everything and anything. due to poppy's babylike attitude, hazel always wants to take care of poppy.

 

hazel's boyfriend since high school. a guitarist of a band called six vicious. raddle actually has problems of his own. he's addicted to drugs and actually the one who caused hazel expelled from school back when they were in highschool. her band members knew about this and warned him of the consequences. he is a playful one, frequently teasing hazel in front of the other junkband's member. unlike his girlfriend, he can bond over on strangers quickly.

"hi! my name's poppy kang, we spoke over the phone! let's jump right in— why'd you wanna join the band?"

► she smiles a little looking at her roommate acting as if they're talking on the phone while actually poppy is right in front of her. "you know i've been really fond of rock music since high school and i've dream of being a band's vocalist since then. well, i am not being friend with anyone. raddle's band isn't accepting girls so... yeah, your band is the only option i have." she says jokingly while laugh.

"awesome! that's super cool, what instruments do you play? do you sing at all?"

► "i can't play any instruments." hazel clears being a bit nervous somehow. "but you know my singing ability right? i won't disappoint you, bub."

"wow! do you have any plans to write songs or lyrics, or produce songs for the band?"

► "so far i haven't produce any song yet. but sometimes i write random words in my notebook. maybe... just maybe, i can try to turn those wordplay into lyrics."

"okay, great, nice... um... do... you have plans to hang out with the band after practices or..." poppy seems visibly nervous. "i mean, it's fine if you're busy! just wondering..." she lets out an awkward laugh.

► she lets out a soft but long sigh deciding on how to answer the question. "i want to. but you know how people often avoiding me. like... they always says i have an intimidating aura. and i am aware i'm not good at starting social interaction with other people. is it okay if i join you guys? i'm afraid i'll just ruin all the fun."

"o-oh, okay! um... anyway, uh... are you okay with, like, the group experimenting with genres and music and stuff? this is the last question, so..."

► she shrughs. "if you ask me, nope. i want us to stick to rock. but again this is not my band we're talking about. you're the captain so... as much as i hate it, i think i'll go with the flow until i can' find another band to join in. the real rock band."

"okay! cool, nice, um... we'll be in touch! i'll let you know how it goes... see you at auditions!"

► she nods and smiles. "see ya, poppy!"
