Hello all... It's been quite a while. ^_^

I've not visited AFF for quite some time now (over a year?) owing to an ever-busier growing life, but I was watching TV and randomly this place popped into my head. And I realised how much I miss it! I'm not sure how many of my friends here are still visiting the site but if you see this, hello, I hope you're doing well! :)

I thought I'd pop in to check on things... I'm not sure how long I'll be staying for, or if I'll get any writing done yet, but I figured it would be nice to catch up and see how everybody is doing.

As for me... I'm a qualified teacher (for English as a foreign language) now~ I achieved my dream last June but, due to the pandemic, currently all my work is online... Actually, I'm also in the final year of my linguistics degree, researching and writing my 10,000 word thesis on teaching English - exciting stuff! I've turned into such a geek 🤓 From September, I'm going to be training as a secondary school teacher with a focus on supporting children in the UK who don't speak English. That's why I haven't been around for a looooong time. I've had lots of work demanding all of my time - oh and other big and exciting changes are happening for me!!

Okay, back to fics.. I really want to come back and write after my degree finishes (10,000 words of research demands my attention first!). Recently, I've had so many ideas for fics old and new... And I've been enjoying the Ace Attorney games a lot in my downtime (hello new fandom, I'm a little obsessed) so there's a khunwoo spinoff idea I'd possibly like to explore with that hehe.... For now though, I'm unsure what the future holds (like I said before, big and exciting changes, not all I can share right now!) so we'll have to see what happens.

I'll be sticking around for now though. So if any of my lovely friends are still around, send me a reply or a message, I'd love to catch up with you!
