I am aware of what is happeneing to Irene. I cant even focus on writing a story because i am worried for her. Please let's have a discussion.

Also because the words stylist and editor is being thrown around, i would like to clarify that i am refering to 'KKH', the one whose post sparked this whole issue.

points: 

- Stylist/editor claims she had experienced this belittling by many people she worked with over 15 years

- they only worked with irene twice. Once in 2016 (with no issues brought up then); second time commissioned ~15 days before and only meeting Irene in real life on the 20 of october. 

- Irene reprimanding her until she cried. 

I do not support her actions against the stylist. It was her fault for lashing out to the point the stylist/editor claimed to have cried.

I also understand that the stylist/editor is entitled to her emotions. Her explaination seemed to imply that her pent up emotions from years and years of working in the industry was set off because of that one interaction with Irene. 

I have questions. 

1) Why Irene as the victim of your pent up anger? they only worked with her once and did not consider that Irene was a human and have bad days too?  

2) Again, they worked with Irene ONCE and decided to put her on blast. If they claimed to have been belittled by so many idols, why only put Irene on blast? Why not expose the other idols as well?

3) Lets give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that she was trying to call out rude idols in her past work in general. Why was she so specific in tagging 'monster' and 'psycho' if it was meant to be a general calling out?

4) Point 4 brings me back to point 3. Why only expose Irene and not the other idols that treated them like ?

5) Why was an audio recorded? Isn't it shady? This leads to point 6

6) Lets give her the benefit of the doubt. She'd been traumatized by other idols and is now recording. So.... She is a popular stylist/ editor and worked with MANY idols. So that meant that she just so coincidentally recorded Irene on a rampage OR have been recording all the other idols as well (Breach of privacy if you ask me). 

7) What did Irene say that made the stylist cry? 

8) Why is SM not investigating?

Finally the BIG question i have in mind. 

Irene may be having a tantrum that day but what did the stylist/editor do that set Irene off?
