appearance — seoyun stands at 158 cm and weighs 45 kg. although not the tallest, she still radiates confidence and her petite size is not what first comes to mind when one looks at her. her hair is jet black and falls to her waist, neatly cut and perfectly straight. her eyebrows are always filled in slightly darker than they usually are, mascara on her eyelashes, and lip tint brushed on her lips so her appearance is more striking and neat. her only piercings are her two earlobes. seoyun always keeps her appearance clean and ready as much attention from the public has been on her as the upcoming heiress of jeonsa group. she always has a resting face that her makeup only makes her look even more intimidating. 

style — seoyun prefers to dress simply. well, simply with ridiculously priced clothing items. she prefers to wear simple and plain clothing items, but each so expensive and branded that it makes it not so simple when it comes down to it. not the biggest fan of colors, she prefers to wear mostly black and white with maybe some touches of blue here or there. she prefers to wear fitted t-shirts and tank tops (if not, tucked in t-shirts) of high quality and loves layering with a  nice jacket (usually black leather) when she can. a nice and clean fashion style, you could say. a simple clothing taste yet she always seems to look classy and well put together. always in booties or heels, she prefers the additional height that it gives her. she wouldn't be caught dead in sneakers, at the very least they would have to be platform or chunky sneakers.

cold as ice, hard as stone no one really knows what jung seoyun is truly like on the inside. just that she's extremely intimidating. she is closed off and rarely shows any other emotion on her face other than annoyance. seoyun believes that making friends and doing casual activities for fun isn't the best use of time, and therefore opts out of it. she rather be alone and independent, she would just be more productive that way. in her opinion, people who waste their time like that would be a waste of her time. having emotions and acting upon those emotions could really only lead to disaster. so she guards herself and chooses to keep everyone at a distance. she doesn't believe in sugarcoating or beating around the bush as well, and her thoughts are usually expressed in concise, short, sentences that get right to the point. she doesn't speak unless she has something to say or is spoken to. it doesn't help that she has a resting face as well that naturally graces her face when she's lost in her thoughts or focusing on something. she loves her intimidating and hard to approach image as it works and keeps others away, and doesn't believe that she needs to depend on others to get far in life. 

keep it a secret she doesn't like airing out her business and is a private person. although being known as an heiress to the public and always having eyes on her, not much is revealed about her life and she prefers to keep it that way. she hates making a scene or public anything, and avoids large crowds or anything that she could accidentally get caught up in. she prefers one on one confrontation rather than people calling each other out in front of crowds. her public image is all that matters to her and she works hard to maintain it. she hates being questioned about herself and it's hard for others to gain her trust. she views relationships and friendships as more of business transactions and believes that people always just wwant something. she personally is wary of others, but that doesn't mean that she ignores them though. she can't help but observe others and view how they interact with one another from afar. a flaw that she hates about herself, as she knows that this is a waste of her time. still, she can't seem to stop watching other people and see what it would maybe be like if she were born into a different family. 

please, i'm a professional although it's hard to determine what seoyun is truly like on the inside, it's very clear what she is on the outside. the future of jeonsa group. in fact, the perfect heiress. her confidence radiates off of her and she prides herself in her success. she's always had top scores in all of her classes, and is always ahead of the material and going ahead. on top of that, she's involved in several school extra-curriculars. from the start, her parents have been slowly getting her incorporated with the business and what it's like, and training for the future is all seoyun has been focusing on to becoming the best possible heiress she could. she knows how to speak professionally very well, and is able to react quickly to different business situations. she's very organized in what she does and everything always has to be put in place and planned for her. she has a business side that is very prominent and is what people usually see in school. she hates not knowing what is going on and likes being in control. even when she doesn't know what's going on or is at a loss, she can put on a front quickly and pretend she knows. not a fan of the unexpected or surprises, she likes the fact that her life is laid out for her and she knows exactly what is going to happen. 

uh.... being trained and used to being in only a professional setting, she really just isn't good in a casual setting. she can act professionally and formally, but only with seojun has she been able to let loose and even so, it isn't quite as much as a normal person would. she doesn't understand any slang, know what people her age do for fun, isn't updated with jokes. her social cues aren't the best and she can't pick up on the everchanging trends that young adults keep picking up on. she doesn't really understand jokes as well, which is why she doesn't find them funny. casual situations and settings make her as nervous as much as she dislikes them. she isn't able to hold long, casual conversations as she's used to cutting them short. she doesn't know what it's like to just lay back with no care in the world. her uptight tendencies never really allow her to step out of her comfort zone and try new things. 

i guess you could call it loyalty seoyun has an extremely strong sense of loyalty. she stays true to what she says and does, and doesn't stray from her ideas. not one to have many people in her life, the few that she does have are the few that she is blindly loyal to no matter what. she makes justifications for them and will always be on their side. if she cares about someone, she'll care about them until the ends of the earth. she doesn't open her heart to just anyone and when she does, her heart is with them forever. her blind loyalty also plays a part into her stubborness. she is extremely head strong in her beliefs and choices, and refuses to think otherwise. she doesn't enjoy change and does whatever it takes to get things on track or her way. she hates being proven wrong (and rarely is) and when she is, she doesn't take it well. seoyun is known to hold onto ideas for a long time and hold grudges as well.

jung yunhyeong was the soon to be heir of one of the largest high-end hotels in south korea, crown hotel. money and prestige were everything to his family. maintaining their status was their only goal, and the hotel came first before anything. always working, his parents trained from a young age as well to learn the family business. when he was seventeen years old, his parents did the unthinkable. they had set him up in an arranged marriage. a girl the same age as him, park seojung. the daughter and heiress of the ceo of diamond apparel, a designer clothing brand. being put in an arranged marriage with another company would build a solid partnership that could never fall through, a seamless way for both companies to benefit from each others' success. the two would never get to meet their soulmates. when they reached the age of eighteen, their parents had taken care of the written messages that appeared on their childrens' skin. controlling the messages written on the skin, they tracked down each respective soulmate and paid them off enough to live comfortably. the soulmates were made to sign forms to buy their silence and this entire situation was covered up to the media and everybody else, making it seem as the arranged couple were soulmates all along. jung yunhyeong, heir of crown hotel, and park seojung, heir of diamond apparel were "soulmates".  

yunhyeong and seojung married and eventually inherited their businesses, now combined under the ownership of the new name jeonsa group. in 1999, the twins jung seoyun and jung seojun were born, seoyun being the oldest by twenty minutes. ever since young, they were raised and trained with the expectations of becoming the eventual successors of jeonsa group. in a setting where power and prestige were so prominent, it was the sole priority and was the upmost importance to holding up the image of crown hotel. their parents were one hundred percent always thinking about the business. they too, never got to experience ltve. the success of jeonsa group was all there was to live for. and so, that was how they raised their children. since young they began training and taking classes in languages, topics concerning the business, learning social skills, etc. they were taught to build a specific and certain image of themselves to the public. high expectations were set for the seo twins. even though thtey were  of course going to be the heirs of jeonsa group, even they had to prove their worth of inheriting the business that was so precious to yunhyeong and seojung. 

seoyun found it hard to believe in true love growing up. her own parents weren't soulmates, and being raised with two parents who were not in love with one another made her simply believe that it was not possible. her parents were so disconnected emotionwise and were so focused on work all of the time, the only time they showed emotions of being proud of her or happiness was when seoyun excelled in class or in the business aspect. she loved her parents of course, and justified the way they were through not believing in soulmates. seoyun grew to be obsessed with her work, and all she knew to believe in was becoming a successful heiress to jeonsa group. her mindset began to grow similarly to her parents, success was the real meaning of life. being technically the eldest, seoyun was to be the next ceo of jeonsa group. all day growing up, she would be getting tutored in multiple subjects, put in practice simulations, learning extracurriculars to build up her skill profile. being under the eye of the public as the future heiress to one of the richest companies in south korea, she learned how to act in public and kept up her image well. she was raised in such a way that she lived for her parents and for jeonsa group, and she made it her purpose and life goal to uphold the company's success. she always excelled beyond compare in her studies, and participated in multiple extracurriculars as well. she was well known as one of the top students at school. 

seoyun was not one to be friendly or make friends. there was no point in wasting time on relationships like that.  she could hold meetings and speak in terms of partnerships and contracts when she needed, but speaking comfortably to others in her free time? unnecessary. friendships were useless, they were only for emotional gain in her opinion. but they also led to emotional downfalls. she would rather be alone than wasting precious time in maintaining relationships like that. she grew to lack casual social skills and found unprofessional and casual settings to be uncomfortable. she saw making friends as pointless and rather viewed people as acquaintances or alliances, only really finding reason to speak to others if she could benefit from it somehow. she didn't really have any close friends other than seojun growing up and was content living that way.

her only real soft spot was for her brother. jung seojun was always a trouble maker, and quite the opposite to his sister. he never seemed to focus on responsibilities, and would rather daydream and fool off. he constantly talked about being excited to meet his soulmate eventually, and unlike his sister, he took the lack of emotion from his parents as a meaning to seek for it elsewhere in the world. he didn't want to do this "business stuff", and always looked for fun. only around seojun was seoyun ever able to somewhat let loose and let her stubborn personality go. he obviously did not believe in the same things as her, but because of her devotion to her brother she never fought him on it. her twin was her only friend that she had growing up with and the only one she could be comfortable with and confide in. only around his sister was he ever serious about his work. however,  although she wouldn't fight him in what he stood for, she could never bring herself to try to understand why her brother didn't want to focus on the company and waste his time in silly things in believing in soulmates. after, there was no point. the seo sibs were going to be put into arranged marriages for the sake of the company for sure.
