STUBHUB AIN'T $#!%

*WARNINGS: unedited, swearing, dreadful grammar, no happy ending, valuable lesson

So, I'm an avid kpop fan and I have neen for nearly 5 years now. Despite how long I've been in the whole Korean music loving scene, I have never once gone to concert, nor have I been to one of my ult's concerts. This honestly really bummed me out and I was starting to lose hope that my faves would ever have a concert in North America until about 2 days ago. Super M, which involved two Exo members, had announced.... A NORTH AMERICAN TOUR SCREEECH!!! Don't be mistaken, I'm a die hard multifan and I was also super hyped to see the others too but Exo was my first and I've been dreaming of seeing them perform live at least once for 5 years of my life. So, this was finally my chance to see some of my idols perform and I was super duper freaking happy that I finally had the chance but, of course something went horribly wrong.

I had woken up an hour before the tickets went on sale, several devices ready, I thought I was so prepared. So, nearly 20 minutes before 9, the time of the sale, I explored through a bunch of different websites, until I stumbled upon one that was already selling tickets (REDFLAG). I was shocked and excited because omg, this was really happening. So, I threw all rational thought out of the window and bought 2 for my mother and I, which costed a whopping 700 bucks (REDFLAG). It wasn't until after I purchased the tickets that I decided to text my friend who was also buying tickets aswell, but she hadn't gotten her tickets yet which I was weird because I was able to buy mine already (REDFLAG). I asked her what was up and she informed that the tickets shouldn't have been over 200 (REDFLAG). Now this, was when I began to panick, so I asked her if the website I was using, cough STUBHUB cough, was even legit. She basically advised me to check out their reviews because she had never used them before (REDFLAGish). I looked em up and lo and behold...... one star reviews FOR DAYZZ (REDFLAG). All of their reviews said that the tickets were fake and they were scammed. So, after a lot of tears, tissues, apologies, and customer service calls I still was unable to cancel my order and get my damn money back. Apparently, they were "unable" to cancel orders and the only way to get my money back was to "resell" the tickets... THAT I DIDN'T EVEN ING HAVE BECAUSE THEY WERE MOBILE AND I WOULD ONLY SEE THEM 2 DAYS BEFORE THE CONCERT!!!!!!!!!

So, basically the moral of this story was to please take time to do your research before you jump into everything head first like my did. Thanks for listening- or reading, I guess? To my first time buying concert tickets, which was horribly ty. I just hope you can all read this and learn from my mistakes y'know? ]

P.s.

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT!!! DO NOT USE STUBHUB!!
