Opinions on rps these days

Description

It must be said

Foreword

So there’s been a few semi-lit  rps and I’ve noticed a few things and i felt the need to let you all know. First of all there’s always that one person that leaves within a few hours after joining and not talking to anyone because they feel unwelcome. While that’s a bad move on their part, I’ve also noticed that they get made fun of upon leaving and the admins join in on it as well.

My other issue is that everyone knows each other already in these rps and it’s always the same people, so there’s not much room to feel welcomed. There’s that one gay poly boy, that one dom who fcs seokjin that’s flirting with every sub in the rp, at least one or two edgy girls who subtweet, and that one annoying boy who always fcs kevin. I also feel very unwelcomed because I’m straight, I do nothing to provoke anyone and there’s constant jokes about hets that personally hurt me because i would never make a joke about gays.

Thank you for listening.

I can relate. I'm an admin of a roleplay. It's not exclusively but it can be the same. I had to impliment new rules to prevent bubble rping. And I had to talk with several people about suddenly dropping connections because the other person didn't want to have a connection. It's very difficult to have roleplays nowadays and a lot of people bring drama with them. I had to kick out so many people (including two admins) because of this. We're supposed to be . Why is everyone acting like they're 13 year old pre-pubescent girls.
