NAME : Noh-Kaonashi
The name 'Noh' means traditional Japanese masked drama with dance and song, evolved from Shinto rites while 'Kaonashi' means 'faceless' in Japanese.

ELABORATION
Noh is basically a very protective person towards someone he care especially towards his 'sibilings'. His paternalistic trait makes him too indulgent to help anyone as he is too naive and honest to boot. The reason to this is also due to his amiable nature to be friendly towards anyone making him vulnerable towards danger. He tries to do good deeds towards other as he is too insecure about his condition and tend to think that he might not be able to get any friends or that his family might leave him sooner or after.

the history.
What everyone thinks is not exactly what it is. Noh is not the real Noh. The real Noh is already dead. The current Noh Kaonashi is what the Noface transformed into after Noface ate (consumed) the real Noh Kaonashi through his quirk: Mimicry.
Chapter one: NofaceFew years back, Noface (the original self) was actually itself a very mysterious child with an unknown background. Noface was his nickname the 'mother' of the orphanage he stayed in, gave. As the rumors said, his parents left him when he was only 3 years old in front of the 'Morning Orphanage' because of the horrible quirk he had. Some rumors because he had villains as his parents. Well truth to be told, no one really know what happened nor do they know about his parents whereabouts. Morning Orphanage had been his home for 7 years. All he could remember was all this time he grew up in an orphanage and none of his parents. Perhaps it was better that way. Never knew the origin of his background, he refused to go out of his room and coped up inside as long as he could remember. He was a mute and often got bullied by others because of it.
'He can't talk. He must be stupid' said one of the bullies. That is the most used phrase they said about him. 'Mother' would always scold the boys for being mean to Noface and treating him awfully. But the boys kept ignoring her orders and kept on pranking noface.
One time, when it was raining heavily, some kids pranked him into waiting for them in the playground area because they lied about wanting to play with him. Noface being gullible as ever, believed them and waited for them in the rain for hours. He was soaked to the point he looked so pale almost nearing death. It was then he met Noh Kaonashi, a boy who was a bit older than him.
'What are you doing here in the rain? You could have died' asked Noh as he opened up his umbrella to shield a soaked child from further onslaughts of rain. Noface just stared at him before signed him 'sorry'. Noh Kaonashi straight away realised that the body was a mute and then pulled the boy away to his home.
Noh Kaonashi easily felt apathy towards anyone in such unfortunate situations and since that day they both spent time with each others along with Noh's siblings. Noface often went back and forth Morning Orphanage to Noh's house to spend time with them.
Chapter Two: Noh KaonashiWhen he first met Noface, Noh was still 13 years old. He took care of his siblings when their father was away for an unknown reasons. His mother was said to have been gone missing during her missions. He didn't have much information on what his parents were up to nor did he care to be honest since they have never been home to take care of their children. Noh can only feel relief because of the money sent by his father to support them. It was enough to feed him and his little baby brothers and to save for future emergencies. He had two baby brothers aged 2 in which he had to quit school to take care of them. To say he wasn't a devoted brother, that would be a lie. He barely had time for himself. And now with Noface here, he felt his burden lessened as Noface often helped him out with chores and taking care of his little brothers. To him, Noface was like a brother even though he wasn't one.
Noh discovered noface's quirk when he naively consumed a lived octopus and then his arms took forms of tentacles. In which he explained to Noh that his quirk was very special and he should use them to help someone not for his foolish greed.
Chapter Three: The transitionFew months had passed, Noface had become a part of Kaonashi's family and everything was going so well until a villain broke into Kaonashi's home in search for someone named Zhao Kurumi. Apparently this villain looked like the one in wanted poster. The one responsible for mass massacre few months ago. News said he just randomly attacked people while in search for someone. 'Hey kid, you look just like that . Are you his child?' whispered the villain to Noface.
'The one who is responsible for the scar on my face' he added as he showed them his awful scarred face. 'Zhao kurumi'
'Noface is an orphan. Don't say something you couldn't have known' shouted Noh as he launched an attack at the villain. Everything happened so fast that Noh ended up badly hurt by the villain as he tried to protect his little brothers from the villain's clutches. Noface was too scared to move, he tried to stand up against the villain only to be pushed aside.
'Eat me, noface' said Noh in return received a horrified look from Noface. Noface shook his head violently as he couldn't bear the thought of it. 'Please do it. I have no time. You have to save my brothers. Our brothers' said Noh as he pleased the impossible thing. The villain seemed bored with the yappy sentimental bull that was going on right now. 'Are you guys done? I can't wait to snap your heads off' chuckled the said villain devilishly. 'Please' Noh begged for one last time. Noface then abided to Noh's last wish and consumed his body, taking in his form.
Noface now looked like Noh Kaonashi but slightly different. Nothing can be explained on how that day ended but since then Noface had taken the Noh's life entirely. From his body to his personality as well as his memories. Noface could never be the same as he was before.
'Kid, what had happened here? Are you okay?' asked one of the heroes as they arrived at the horrible scene. The house was wrecked beyond repair. A child standing there rigidly as tentacles slowly reverted back into its original forms. Large mouth can be seen across the boy's chest, making them assume that this kid had undergone quite painful experience and battle with a villain.
They realised they were too late to help this child and regret not to have noticed this incident as fast as they could. They could see a disoriented figure lying on the ground presumably the wanted villain they had sought for so long. As soon as they located 2 little toddlers hidden in the cupboard, they performed healings and wiped their memories of this incident.
It wasn't the best course of action taken by a hero but it is needed to be done because they were still too young to experience this traumatic event. Noface couldn't do anything to help Noh. Noh had been nothing but kind to him. As if the weather sympathies and mourns for Noh's death, it rained heavily. All he could do was to cry silently for Noh's death.
'Like father like son. You really are Zhao's child'
Those words kept reverberating inside his mind ever since that villain spurted out that before he died. 'Who am I' thought Noface. No. He wasn't noface anymore. He was now Noh Kaonashi.
Since then he was known as Noh Kaonashi, the brother of three. Not as noface anymore.
Chapter Four: New lifeEver since the awful tragedy, Noface (known as Noh) tried to accept himself as Noh. He tried to blend in with his family , taking care of two little siblings who hadn't realise the change in their 'older' brother's personalities and looks. Few months had passed, Noface had become completely immersed into his 'roleplaying' character except he was totally dedicated into it as to respect his dying friend's wishes. Noface being known as affectionate and kind, he didn't want others to call him as Noh , instead he asked them to call him as Nol and he didn't bother telling them the reason why.

Deku turned around, a smile gracing his lips when he saw the student and waved.
"Hello! You must be [insert name]! I'm happy that you agreed to come here even if All Might didn't told you why you need to."

Deku leaned on the table, crossing his arms across his chest before staring at [him/her], the seriousness in his face is enough to make [him/her] nervous already. Deku is the Symbol of Peace and number one hero in Japan, after all.
