A/N: I don't know what I'm doing posting this poem here. But, yeah! I just want to share something for the mean time as I struggle through my writing and prolly with life. So I sought inspiration from Gfriend songs (and found it in Time for the Moon Night and Sunrise) when a poem was requested from me. (Also, I posted this on another site already. I've been keeping some of my poems there.)

From sunset to sunrise

Why not the other way around?

Because darling, sometimes

That’s just how love is found

 

The light of sierra

Against the violet blue

The warm sand under my toes

That is the sunset

The moment I met you

 

The waning moonlight

The crackling campfire

The twang of my guitar

The honey of your voice

That’s for the night we danced

Lost in melody of hearts

 

The scent of lavenders

And dandelions in the air

The bittersweet, hot chocolate

And the orange-pink sky

All drenched us in melancholy

“I love you” in the sunrise

“I love you” that’s what we say

 

From sunset to sunrise

Won’t want it any other way

For darling it’s our story

The love for us is made.
