Let's Talk Skin Care

Do you have a skin care routine?

What do you do with that thing called your face to  try keep it smooth, soft and blemish free?

I don't have a dermatologist.

My go to skin care is wash face with soap + light moisturizer. My head tells me the less I meddle with my face the less sensitive it will be. I don't do a lot.

Some days when I wear medium-to-heavy makeup I'll add in a face scrub.

Recently started eye cream, I'm not a teen anymore so I fear wrinkles.

My skin types combination. It's not always clear but close to clear. That's probably from exercise tho. Sweating does wonders for skin.

What do you guy's do?

I worked with my friend who is an aesthetician to help establish my skin care routine.
My routine
Twice a day: I use a cleanser, then a toner, and then light moisturizer (Products I use: Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel, Dermalogica Antioxident Hydromist, and Clinique 72 Hour Moisture Surge)
Once a week: I do an exfoliant to help remove dead skin cells (Product I use: Dermalogica Daily Superfoliant) and I also use a face mask. I alternate between two different ones. (Products I use: Dermalogica Charcoal Rescue Masque and Skinfood Black Sugar Strawberry Hydratng Mask)
Once a month: I go for a 60 minute professional facial with a 30 minute microdermabrasion. The microderm helps with wrinkles and redness.
