How I overcome my melancholic days

Hey everyone.

How are y'all doing?

I am fine just trying to prepare myself mentally for University and work. I am 'working' on the next chapters of my story, yet I am lacking motivation. So, please bear with me.

You know, sometimes I get really 'depressed' and write my emotions down and I have come to the conclusion that it actually helps. So, to everyone who needs to get something off their chest: write your feelings down. Write everything down that bothers you, that saddens you. What makes or made you angry? It really helps (at least I think it does). You don't have to share it, yet when you read it again after time passes and you feel better, you will notice that you have outgrown that version of yourself and that you have grown stronger.
