35 Questions About Me As A Writer :)

Saw a few blogs and thought it looked fun, (plus I needed a break from school work )

So, let's get it!

1. How did you come up with your user name and what does it mean?

Try saying Easy out loud... now say Izzy out loud. Yeah, sounds the same, right? I kept getting my name confused whenever my friends said 'Easy' so aha, that's the birth of this name. I guess it sort of means that I'm really easy to read and stuff.

2. Which is your most subscribed to story?

On Your Side

3. Why did you pick your user photo/thumbnail?

I keep c h a n g i n g it but i love Lucas and I relate to him a lot in real life. His loud nature is just me so what better way to show it then a gif of Lucas?

4. Who is your AFF bestie?

N C Tea fam and basically anyone who has ever talked to me - I love you all ! ! !

5. Is there a fanfic that you keep going back to read again and again?

There's a few but these days I keep going back to RayneReign's Biting The Hand That Feeds and Sriracha31's The University Heartbreaker.

6. How many stories are you subscribed to?

1 7 1

7. What AU do you find yourself writing about most?

I haven't tried to write the same au twice due to my business but on draft, I see that detective/police au, high school au and super power au popping up here and there.

8. How many friends do you have?

Over 150. I used to add whoever subscribed to my stories but then I got busy and just forgot to keep it up. I usually just accept whoever sends in requests since I don't really mind it.

9. Is there something you'd like to write about but are afraid of people judging you for it? (Feeling brave? If so, share it!)

Supernatural au, I love these aus but I find it hard to write for some reason. Maybe it's due to how many such fics are out here?

10. Is there anything you would like to be better at on AFF? Writing, graphic design (posters), replying to comments, updating regularly, etc..?

Regular updates for all my fics. I managed to do it for OYS but with school starting, I'm afraid irregular updates will return :(

11. How many subscribers do you have?

3 0 0 unique subs

12. How many stories have you posted online to this day (finished and unfinished)?

9 in total :D

13. How many stories do you have saved in your writing program?

Ok so on my old phone I had like 300+ stories, ranging for every kind of au I found interesting. But then for some stupid reason my friend accidentally deleted them all and I almost broke off our friendship because of it. Now, I have around 100 + saved on somewhere that's NOT my phone.

14. Do you write down story ideas, or just keep them in your head?

A mix of both. If I think the idea is good enough, I write it down. However, if it's just mindless then I'll play it in my head... and end up smiling like an idiot.

15. Have you ever co-authored a story?

My first ever fanfic I co-authored it with my friend at school. We drifted the following year so the story got on hold and I haven't made an effort to return to it.

16. How did you discover AFF?

OH! I was crazy about EXO and BTS back then so my cousin introduced me to Wattpad for fanfics but I searched up any other sites that just focused on kpop and here I am.

17. Do you consider yourself to be a popular or famous author on AFF?

n o p e. Don't have a featured story :')

18. Do you have a nickname or fandom name for your readers?

lmao no but I used to call them cupcakes or lovelies just because. What would my fandom even be? The Z fam? no, no, not enough subs to think of this.

19. Was there an AFF author who inspired or encouraged you to write?

RayneReign! Man, HTLRRH really pushed me to write my own fanfics. Thanks to her, I took a leap and started writing fanfics.

20. How many karma points do you have?

548 points

21. What writing advice would you give to a beginning author?

I'm a beginner as well but believe me when I say read a lot, read as much as you can and write a lot too. It's the only way to get better and better. Read other people's works to see how their words flow, how their plot contniues on and how they pull in their readers. Plus, have fun doing it - it'll make it way more enjoyable!

22. Do you plot out your stories, or do you just figure it out as you go?

I usually just plot the beginning, the important middle piece and the ending. Anything between them is written as I go.

23. Have you ever gotten a bad review or comment on a story? If so, what did you do?

There was one but I didn't pay much attention to it. It didn't really effect me.

24. Is there a certain type of scene that you have a hard time writing? (action, , etc..)

Emotional scenes and action scenes and k i s s e s. That's why you don't see a lot of lip action in my stories because i am horrible at them.

25. What story(s) are you working on now?

On Your Side, Her Last Bucket List, Gone and Finding Her

26. Do you plan your next project(s) before you finish your current ongoing story(s)?

Yes and this does cause some confusion for me. Like, sometimes I get the characters mixed up or some scenes just suddenly are in the wrong story. w h o o p s

27. Do you have a daily writing goal set for yourself?

Not daily but my usual goal is writing one chapter a week for any stories I have posted up.

28. Do you think you've improved as a writer since you first started?

Yes, yes and yes. Flow is way better then it used to be and I wish i can burn my old fics on my old account.

29. What is your favorite story that you've written?

Hm, I love them all!

30. What is your least favorite story that you've written?

None so far :)

31. Where do you see yourself (as a writer) in 5 years?

Working on my novel :D I have one in the works but man, it needs a lot of work.

32. How many upvotes do you have?

1 5

33. What is the easiest thing about writing?

Plotting it in your head lmao. For real, when you finally arrive at that one point of the story that you've been dying to write and your fingers just fly like crazy across the keyboard.

34. What is the hardest thing about writing?

Having to write with a writer's block and making sure the pace can keep your readers entertained enough.

35. Why do you write?

I write for myself and only for myself. I love writing with a burning passion and I once saw it as an apportunity for a job though now, times have changed but my love for writing has not. It also helps me cope with all the stress from school and such so it's a way for me to let out all my stress and cope with my mental health.
