Crowdfunding?

i see that people can now crowdfunding their stories :o 

apparently it works like a patreon

How does that even work? I'm curious Like, how does one enable it?

I was also confused when I see the crowdfunded works & realized that only the some authors are there but since the comment below states that it's a beta feature, I get it now.
