We've been here for almost 10 years and I'm thankful for all of you here. I've learned a lot these past few years from meeting a ton of great people here from so many different places and walks of life. I think I'm actually pretty socially awkward and I sometimes say the wrong things without meaning to so it's always an educational experience for me to talk with all of you.

I've been pretty busy lately what with balancing work and going for my second Master's degree but I've been working on more ways I could support authors here. The feature I'm working on at the moment is a Patreon-style program for authors here where people can help fund writers and their work. The primary difference between this program and any other crowd funding platform would be that we won't charge any fees at all. I've met a lot of writers here and a few struggle to make ends meet, or to pay for school supplies, while I've met others who are, sadly, unable to afford medical bills and I really wanted to find a way to help. We're not a crowd funding platform so unlike them, we don't need to make money off the transactions or the money the authors raise so 100% of an author's funding would go to them.

Anyway, that's what I've been working on for the past few months. It would take a bit longer for someone to set up their account than the other platforms but only because we're not charging fees. If you're interested in the beta when it comes out, message me. The only requirements I have for the beta program right now is that you have to have a PayPal account and at least one story here that you wrote yourself to make sure you're really an author and not ripping anyone off. I have no restrictions on the story itself (it doesn't even need to be Asian-focused) and it can be rated M or non-rated M as long as it's not plagiarized. PM me if you're interested and I'll keep a list of participants to notify once I've got it set up.
