Hey everyone! So...my name is Jamie and I am a 20-year-old Asian American college student, born in Canada and raised in New Jersey. Just to be specific, my parents are from Hong Kong so I can speak Cantonese, and I've also learned Mandarin since young. Since I'm interested in Korean culture, I'm currently minoring in the Korean Language in college so there's that too. If you want, I would love to practice my Korean skills with anyone who feels like chatting online!

I love meeting new people and I'm always excited to be a part of the AFF community. I love eating, I love watching Korean dramas, I love traveling, I love writing. There's many things I enjoy doing, and I hope I can share them with you.

As much as I love connecting with everyone as an author of (ahem) some Hunhan and other juicy fanfics, I would love to make new friends and connect outside of the fanfic realm. I'm also currently in charge of two personal blogs, one at www.therejamiegoes.blogspot.com where I am working on writing blog posts about my day to day experience studying abroad at Ewha Womans University. There, you can find pictures (eventually videos, I'm working on it) of what I ate and what I've done during my 1 month+ stay in Seoul, South Korea as an exchange student. Feel free to ask me questions on any of these platforms and I'll respond as soon as I can!

My other blog, www.my1004angel.wordpress.com, is for those who love boys-love dramas (whether Japanese, Thai, Korean, Chinese, or Taiwanese). I'm a fan of those so I have been trying to keep my blog up to date with the newest dramas that have happy endings and are definitely worth watching. I know all the newbies are trying hard to find the happy endings, but I gotchu covered!!
