Oh my gosh, Minjae is so cute and adorable. He fits the orange blossom well. His basics are good and so his personality. His personality is nice and will be a good contrast to Hyejoo. I feel like he can be a good contrast to many of the other characters. I like that he is more on the naive side. His background is nice and I like his mother's reasoning into putting on the curse on him and that he was a little older than the curse really took effect.
His relationship section is good. I really like his friendship with Yejun and Byul. I like that you put the other blossoms so far. I love his relationship with Hyejoo and I can totally see him being the more cute and sweet person in the relationship and the one to initiate it beyond being a strict friendship. I do like though that it will be more of slow burn friendship into a relationship.
I didn't find anything wrong with his application so he is chosen!
