I have no words for this

When you are not famous, people don't give a damn about you...

When you are famous, people worship you like God...

When you are not famous, you try to do anything to attract people's attention...

When you are famous, you hated the attention people focused on you and you complain that there is no privacy...

When you comment negative things about people which destroy their career... does it feel nice? don't you feel guilty? What if other people do that to you?

When you always say negative things about other people, did you ever try to stop and think that you also do make mistakes? that you are not perfect at all?

Why do people always like to talk bad about other people behind their back and not in front of them? Why? Scared? If you talk behind their back, do you think they will know what their mistakes are?

I know money is important.. but is profit really so important that you do not care about your staff's well-being? If you treat your staff well, the turnover rate will be low and higher job quality which lead to more customers and more profit.. why can't most companies grasp such a simple rule?

You want to earn more profit, so you want to incur less costs which lead to less staff benefits and complicated work system. In the end, very high turnover in the company. When customer sees that the staffs are always changing, they would surely think somewhere is wrong within the company and do you think they want to continue to engage services with the company?

In conclusion, there is no conclusion to this.

I'm a CEO of a company and I know what it feels like to have less staffs and so much turnovers.
Well, most companies often trade on this path which they think will be of great help, but in the end of the day or race, such companies will be rendered to nothing but a total zero, thereby leading to the common word we often hear in business today. "The company collapsed and so on."

What I'm trying to say is that life is all about understanding ans respect. Like the saying goes, "Dress as you want to be addressed, or do likewise what you want others to do to you."

It's a simple saying to many, but in the end it holds a great treasure / meaning behind it.

Talking at someone's back is the last thing I could ever think of not to mention doing. About a month ago, my sis and I were accused of advertising and the said user was like it's the same person with two accounts.

Holy Lord. I was shocked at first, but my sister and i handled it with maturity, but the said old writer took this issue to even Twitter, calling out all her friends, posting countless or feed posts about the issue, and whenever my sis or I advertising my fic, she calls if trash and all she can think, and at that time one of her closest friend PM me saying "indeed you're someone with wisdom " The said writer didn't back down but when my fic got featured she started a huge drama yet again, but was still kept still. Like the saying goes, "Two mad people can't make a right." When she saw that we never responded to any of her drama, she stop embarrassing herself and it all died down with so much hate at my sis and I.

In the end of my opinion, I'd say that we must learn to respect each other despite the level or background. Have a nice day.

To cut it short, people this days derives joy in hurting others without thinking about the effect it will impact on the other. I just asked this same question few hours ago because I'm really wondering what humanity is gradually turning into.
