tbh it's probably because if we didn't breathe, the earth would have less CO2, so for the benefit of the earth I guess lol
tho then again the plants don't have any CO2 to take in and that's also bad? I honestly would choose keeping a healthy body if that was an option so that I can eat as unhealthily as I want ;;
