I agree with the others and will say that it depends on what they did. We're human and we can do some pretty bad things but sometimes others go overboard with their actions and even if that person was my bias, I may see them in a different light in the future. Plus I personally think that it's not easy to forgive someone who did extremely horrible things just because you like them.

I can't choose from the options :( because it depends on what wrong they did.

If they harassed someone physically, this is something I can't easily forgive.
If they dated someone secretly, this I can easily forgive and forget because he's my bias not a boyfriend.

There could be an option about 'depends on what he/she did wrong' and 'forgive them if they apologized and learned from their mistakes' too
