Day 1: okay, when I did the workout yesterday I was blasting Blackpink and Panic at the Disco, so I wasn't really paying attention to if I was getting tired or not, and once I was done with these workouts i didn't feel tired to i did a dance workout as well... My stomach muscles are killing me.

In the body sense, I don't notice anything that is really different. Except I feel really confident and better in my skin.❤❤

January 21, 2019

so y'all i have got to be honest with you. it was hard, but i have since changed up my workout and i am now close to my ideal weight and body shape!

i used to have a...

32 inch waist, 55 cm thigh, 34 cm calf, 24 cm ankle, 42 inch . i was 152 lbs and i was 5'4"

i now have a...

24 inch waist, 48 cm thigh, 30 cm calf, 20 cm ankle, and a 34 inch . i am 119 lbs and i am now 5'5''

am i at my ideal body type?

nope! i am not eating as much as i would like and as healthy as i would like to. but word of advice. Keep going. do it. you have got this.

for me, now that i weigh way less, I can't really remember how it was to get winded while walking a mile, or when it was difficult to do a single push up. but what i do remember is how i felt. i felt ugly, fat, unloved, depressed, and i didn't know how to love myself! part of my journey wasn't just dropping a couple cm/in or pounds. it was learning how to love myself fully and completly. after making this post during the summer i went and did this workout. i pushed myself so hard. and i actually did it for a couple of days!! i felt the longing for change inside of me, and I was ready to take it on.

but then i pulled my hamstring.

that was probably the hardest thing that had ever happened to me. i couldn't believe it. i felt as if all my plans and dreams that i had for myself were ruined. there was no going back. but i was so desperate for it to not be a reality that i ignored the pain and did all the workouts i could. When i started up at a new school and we had the first day of volleyball practice, i was so happy, for the first time in 2 months i ran again! it was the most freeing feeling in the world.

over the summer i had dropped down to 130 lbs which i was really proud of because now it 'fit in' i was so excited but i was still not mentaly at a good place. my old problems and trials continued to weigh upon my shoulders, when in reality, they were my imagination.

My physical body made so much progress all through October! and i was happy but something was still missing. That is when i started to find different youtubers that really encouraged me to make a change. (go watch Alivia d'andrea if you haven't already) now i had NEVER been organized. I had NEVER put the right foods or ammount in my body (i was either binge eating,, or being super restrictive). i had NEVER been truly confident. i had never truly loved myself.

but i organized my room.

then my drawers, bathroom, closet, backpack, and i kept it that way. it was hard! but i kept on telling myself that if i could keep up the organizing process for at least 21 days it would start to become a habit.

i also changed up my eating, workout routine and mindset! i started up so many good habits and i found so much useful information that i am going to share with you because YOU totally deserve to know in a day what has taken me a lifetime.

FIRST- get a morning routine! i cannot tell you how vital this is! this is just the one that works for me but udjust it to your well being.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
5:00- wake up, drink a cup of water, brush teeth, wash face, make bed, do makeup (i just crimp my eyelashes and put on lip gloss), and tidy up my room.
5:20- workout (my workout routine will me mentioned in a little ways down.)
6:00-  write in journal & plan/schedule my day
6:15- read a book/ finish homework or meditate
6:30- scripture study with family/ eat breakfast
7:00- get dressed for school
7:20- leave the house
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

tips:

  • get an app called 'Plant Nanny' to get motivated to drink more water.
  • get an app called 'Life Sum' to help track food and excercise
  • run or walk up to 20 min a day
  • an easyish way to lose weight is to get an app that tracks your steps and to walk 10,000 steps a day
  • see if you like intermittent fasting! i think it is great! ( but it is difficut to do because i live in a family that eats 3 healthy meals a day religously)

because i don't really want to be bulky (just a personal preference) i strech using either a Alivia d'Andrea video, a streching video i like, or just what ever i feel streches my muscles! i think other girls would look really good with muscle bulk! buuut i would look like a literal GUY because i don't really have a chest or other distinct feminine features.

...

if you want me to talk about my diet, more workouts ( ie. arm, HITT, and apple wrkouts), organization of my room, positive thinking, skincare for sensitive combo skin, my thoughts on body image, weight, water, also my study routine + how i maintain a 4.0 - 4.333 gpa, how i still feel confident when my gpa does drop to a 3.7-3.9,  anything you ask about any type of diet or workout i have tried it and i can tell you what it can do to your metabolism and if it actually works!! please comment anything positive or negative! love ya
