as his parents are constantly not at home for work, he grows up as a rebel child to gain his parent's attention. that's how he ends up with a dragon tattoo on his left shoulder - although his parents are really against tattoos. when his dad found out, he got really mad and kick jaehwa out from the house and got him into a small cheap boarding house - with a really small amount of pocket money every month. that's how jaehwa got himself in this "money crisis" situation.
ahem- aside from that, HE waS BORN A GENIUS. both of the twins are. ALWAYS GOT PERFECT SCORES, wins competitions, and got in kaist without even studying for the test. granted with the brain makes him super lazy. he rarely does his assignments, and the teacher just let him because, well, money. the only thing he's not good at though: moba games. in contrary of his brother's skills, he has 15% win rate with janna and 17% win rate with sona. out of 300+ matches each champion.

he mains support role, which is surprising knowing he's selfish. he won't help his teammates just because "i'm the carry, i need to support myself the most." probably the main reason why he has such a low win rate.
he used to love playing love live on mobile. simply to see eli ayase. that is until he met his real life eli ayase.
his brother is already so done with him, tbh. thank god jaehwa is his brother, otherwise sanghyeok is killing him already.

personality. she appears really bright and cheerful, which is not 100% true behind closed door. with the people she is closed to, she is often harsh and emotional. on the bright side, she is responsible with her jobs and dependable. she usually plans things before doing it, and really good with sticking with it. she used to have her own youtube chanel, often casting on games' tournament for her subscribers, before she's scouted to be a caster on a bigger company.
starting relationship. jaehwa met hana on a lol tournament three years ago for the first time. jaehwa was watching his brother playing in the tournament because their parents told him to "support" his brother. while yawning, he said "what the is this idiotic game? harvest moon is much better than this." that is, until the casters were in and he saw hana for the first time. jaw dropped, his "eli ayase-obsessed heart" started pounding, and he was love struck. after the tournament's over, he started whining toward his brother, doing all the aegyos he can while asking to introduce him to hana, which thankfully was his brother's friend. let's just say it didn't go well. hana was too tired with work and jaehwa just walked in, started to boast himself, and hana. is. just. so. done. she started talking harsh to him, calling him idiots, but jaehwa was just too deep inside. thanks to his persistent personality, he kept pestering hana until she just started to accept him.
interactions. hana was once asked in the public, "what's your favorite lol champion?" and she said sona or janna. that's exactly why jaehwa started playing as support role, he was trying to impress hana. ("now don't let sanghyeok find out!") and that was the reason why he stopped playing love live and started to play lol. ("because of course real life eli ayase is much better than the 2d one!") just like a kid, jaehwa tend to boast his achievements to her (to impress of course) and hana accepted it like a proud mama bird. jaehwa streams her every moment he can, with hearts shooting from his eyes. when hana is free, they often play lol together and hana just be like "oh god, why are you so bad in this?" every single time.
