Hola, Peeps-

- Guess what I'm watching today?

The Great (or Greatest) Showman... Not sure, but it's fantastic.

If you love musicals, glitter and fashion in olden days, beautiful and theatrical glam - circus and high society stuff...

...This has it all, and romance, and success and internal failure, which lead to inevitable career failure, which I assume will end (I hope) in a better man in the end - and more beautiful moments, made right because of the purty understanding, because it's how it was always meant to be.

It's so magical, without actual magic, daring dancing and performances, incredible cast.

I'm really taken-a-back by how seamlessly it all flows together - Plot and Musical.

Now, let's plow in to these writing things ;P

Writing Tipzzzz X?

Can I say Bonus-iz-iz-iz?

  - I mean, Go ;)

1) Get Dressed Like You're Going To Work.

?

Yup.

Have you ever realized how good you feel after you've gone through, not just the grooming process, but fixed your hair, applied sweet smelling lotions, and delectible smauldering cosmetics...

...You be all:  "Mm, I smell good even to myself?"

Or-

I be fly... Xp

Wow, I look hot today-

I look so nice-

  - Or get the chance to wear that new shirt or skirt or pair of jeans?

***You feel so good.

And up - un-stoppable.

Do That.

Get ready like you're going to Work, or even out-on-the-town, but instead of leaving-

  - sit in front of your computer and let all that good feeling pore out on to your screen or your favorite notebook (which leads me to my next tip).

After I say this:

The reason for dressing up for writing time is because your body has been trained to recognize this process as waking up, being prepared for the day or event you have planned.

Make it an event and like this - prepared - you'll enjoy it, which will make you want to do it again and again.

2). Make Writing Space Your Own:

If you've already got a favorite writing space - that's great, but allow me to recommend a few more ideas to improve the experience?

Even if you go to the library, try this:

A) Bring a cute stuffed animal (cute therapy) and sit it in your lap or in front of you?

Come on, I know it sounds odd, and if it totally embarrasses you (some of you)...

...if that's the case, it's ok, don't do it.  But-

  - if your like me:  Adorable is adorable-

  - and I always smile and get that happy, fuzzy feeling when I bring something cute with me.

I currently keep this mini sized fuzzy stuffed frog with googly eyes in my purse, and having the fuzzy feeling in my hands or just looking at it is nice, and sometimes cracks me up-

  - it works.  Try it.  You may be surprised.

B). Another thing you can do is instead of buying the cheapest notebook you can find to write on-

Splurge and buy one with sparkles or favorable, or straight-up awesome covers-

  - even indulge in the types of paper you love.  (I don't know about you, but I'm a stationary nut, and using it to my advantage - works).

If you can't afford a few more dollars go D.I.Y. ( Do It Yourself).

You can take things at home to make generic notebooks look the way you want.

[*] Cut and post or tape stuff from magazines - or left over whatever you find cute or awesome to the cover.

Make it your own.

It'll improve your mood.

If you've ever read a cooking magazine-

  -or even just seen one, and at home you recreate the presentation on your plate, because it looks mouth watering beautiful-

  - Same concept.
We're drawn to things that look appealing.

Make your personal stuff look appealing and your writing life will never be the same again.

Try it ;)

C)  Buy the pens you want and not ones that are (these'll work).

Get what you want and it'll improve the experience monumentally (big time).

Once you go there you'll never go back.

I will take some before and after picks of my stationary later when I get internet to show you exactly what I mean, K?

D) You can even take a loved place-mat or colorful pic to sit under your notebook or in front of you as you write.

E) There's also a cushion you can bring with you to sit on (it'll make your chair more comfortable).

Do it all - Your Way.

Don't settle-

  - You won't feel hindered-

  - You may realize that all the Writers Block you feel is actually hinderences caused by unsatisfaction from creative work station preaentation, or just being plain uncomfortable.

Did you ever think of that?

Makes ya think, huh?

Now, on to Writers Tip... 3?

But there's so much stuff in this post.

I can't believe it either.  I had to scroll up to be sure it really was 3-

  - hahahaha.

Ok-

3)  Have all your writing stuff in an awesome, gloreous bag of your choosing - prepared for you and-

  - the process of setting up your creative work space - the way you want - can be therapeutic - or empowering - or give you that feel good "up" feeling-

You may be thinking, as you set it all up: "I got this, mhm."

And you will, and you'll be unstoppable, because you're prepared, and accomplishing a set goal.

If it helps, preparing a head of time can be thought of like a challenge (for you competitive little beasties out there) [by the way - the word beasties is going to be used in chapter 4 of Infinity - SHINee Vampire Au]

Oh-

  - and a surprise character showed up in a Jonghyun scene. We all love him, adore him really-

  - *wiggles eyebrows - Who do you think it'll be - it's an Exo Member?
