Tags! I struggle with this too. I’m a co author for a story and it’s her first ff, yet she has so many subscribers. I have no idea how she gets viewers. And then for my oneshot (only the description is out but still) I have like 1 subscriber. What the-! So I’m trying to learn aswell. I think the key is tags and promotion but I’m really now sure.

One thing you can do is cross post it to other platforms (WattPad, Ao3, etc), create posts about it on your social media. You can pay karma to have it advertised. You can apply for advertisement shops. You can comment on other peoples' stories that are related in the same group/genre and ask for them to view your story.
