Elaboration:
Jaewoon is arguably the smartest of the entire group. He's a sixth year and the student council president, so he's gotta have some skills, you know? He's also the one who continually nags at his friends to do his homework and stuff, and he has a pretty strict moral code. That doesn't mean he won't break it to get his friends out of trouble, though, since he doesn't like school. Jaewoon's the kind of person who, for his entire life, has been so smart that his parents continue to put pressure on him. Eventually, that led to him hating school :// (true story fam). On the other hand, his mood changes like lightning, and even though he's supposed to be this cool dude, his patience has limits too. Like everything else, it's mostly determined by his mood, so if he's in a bad mood... well, watch out. And of course, he's a Scorpio, so he comes off as cold (resting face^TM) but he's actually a crazy fluffball inside.

Background:
Jaewoon is the heir of a fairly well-off, ancient family of water magic people. He never went to school since his family had tutored him since the beginning. Typically, the kids in his family are given until age 12 to summon a binding water spirit, but Jaewoon summoned his at age 10. And it was his family's keeper, a legendary spirit called Gui (more on that later). Anyway, Coronal, stuff like that, and then when Sora was supposed to come, Jaewoon promised her family (they're family friends) that he'd take care of her. Blah blah yeah.

Explanation of skills:
Here's the thing: he summons a water spirit, right? The water spirit can do whatever, and so he can do whatever too. Gui is the type of spirit who can possess bodies. Granted, not many ppl are stupid enough to wander into spirit-infested waters, and it's a pretty dangerous art, so Jaewoon isn't even allowed to do it much. That's why he's been honing his water control powers lol. He's good at that. (And yeah, um, Gui is a pretty malevolent spirit when it comes to it... he obeys Jaewoon but just barely)

Academy life:
Jaewoon's always been a fantastic student, smart and everything. Blah blah fourth year he got involved in the student council, and now he's the president. He lost motivation after the first few years because of the pressure that's put on him. He's got severe senioritis lol but he keeps pushing himself (he's mentally exhausted).

Elaboration:
Hyesung has to teach, so he's got to be patient lol. He's one of the chiller teachers, trusting students on their own (to be fair, he teaches the older students anyway), although sometimes he can be too trusting. He's actually one of the most popular teachers, and a ton of students come to him with personal problems, and he'll try to help as much as he can. The one downside to that is that he doesn't have a lot of time, and he has his own problems AND his students' problems to deal with, so that makes him a bit short-tempered. And not to mention he's awkward as when it comes to ppl he doesn't know that well, so... also he's one of the patriarchy :")) it doesn't matter too much here but I just needed another trait lol

Background:
Shin Hyesung was born Jung Pilkyo, into a relatively poor family. His parents did not rely on magic, being too poor to fund anything related to that. He, however, grew up fascinated with it, and honed it on his own. He and a group of friends called themselves Shinhwa and went around helping the poor learn magic. They were widely recognized and hailed as heroes, but after a freak accident that killed the youngest (and Hyesung's first love) Sunho [pm me if you want Andy as your love interest], the group disbanded and went undercover. Hyesung changed his name and came to Coronal, where the headmaster recognized him, and received a full-time teaching position. He teaches the older kids (fourth to sixth years) a variety of different defense skills. People recognized him for a while, but now they're all too young. And in any case, he lives in the school and never goes outside campus, so ppl don't know Shin Hyesung = Jung Pilkyo. He's pretty darn safe.

First Meeting:
Jaewoon stepped inside the classroom on his first day of fourth year and stopped dead in his tracks. He makes a point to be insanely early to class, but he's never been struck like this before. The teacher, in a simple white shirt and black pants, standing in the sunlight streaming through the window, face turned towards the sunlight, lips moving, silently praying to someone, about something. Then, Hyesung turns, the moment breaks, and Jaewoon hurries to his seat. He desperately tries to hide the blush on his cheeks, missing the furious flush that flares on Hyesung's face. [what alliteration?? it was completely unintentional too lol]

Relationship: GET READY IT'S A ING DOOZY
After that awkward as first meeting, class starts, and Hyesung awkwardly introduces himself. Then he does a ing icebreaker, and Jaewoon INTERNALLY WANTS TO MURDER THIS MAN. Anyway, when it comes to him, he introduces himself, and Hyesung's eyes linger on him just a second too long. When he moves on, Jaewoon burns, and his friend (I want to make this friend an applicant but we'll see) nudges him like "he's pretty, isn't he" (obviously teasing him) and Jaewoon can't even say anything. For the first time this year (it's just started!), he wants to skip class, but he can't do that lol since he's just been elected student council secretary. Anyway, so he keeps going to class and tries his hardest to AVOID Shin Hyesung who tries his best to avoid him too lol. Jaewoon, honestly, has nothing in common with Sunho, but Hyesung would rather not (it also might cost him his job lol). So they avoid the out of each other, until student council assigns each member to help a specific teacher, AND JAEWOON GETS ASSIGNED TO ING SHIN HYESUNG. He can't even complain about it because Hyesung's such a chill teacher, so he goes, and Hyesung stutters his way through asking him to file paperwork lol. And so it goes, week after week (btw Jaewoon's 19 going on 20 here), until one day Jaewoon's so mentally done that he trudges in and sighs so heartbreakingly that Hyesung actually stops writing his lesson plans to ask him what's wrong. And Jaewoon gives no and just pours everything out, and Hyesung helps him feel better about himself. Cue crushy lol and Jaewoon actually ing falls in love with this man. They grow closer, and cue two entire years of pining and hurting and and eventually at the very beginning of sixth year, Jaewoon's GIVEN THE UP but he manages to go to the first class and cue repeat of first day in Hyesung's class, and Jaewoon ing tells him, and Hyesung tells him about Sunho, and I haven't decided on the ending yet lol.
