It never not time for a tag! I always seem to do these tags during my bout of writers' block; it really helps to get the writing kickstart its rusty engines and get going haha. Besides, I've not updated the blog in a while *dusts off rusty blog* so here it is, featuring some questions I got off from the internet. You guys can use for your own tags as well!

Best kick- character?

If it was a fictional character, it would be Katara from Avatar. I like my heroines very badass when they’re angry, and very selfless. They kick not because of superpowers or because they’re overtly violent; it’s because the world does not expect them to blow up and be a total badass when they do.

My favorite kick- character from my own fanfics would be Jang Mi from The Girl With The Iron Will. She’s unapologetic, done with everyone, and recklessly blunt.

Which character do you most dislike?

Any Mary Sue character, to be honest. They’re bland, boring, too perfect. I would rather cry blood than read novels with them as the main character, with their submissive natures, flat dialogues and lack of independence.

If you could date any fictional character who would it be and why?

I would gladly date (?) Hades, the Greek god of hell in mythology. He’s dark, and yeah, I would love to write a spinoff from his story with Persephone, but the main thing I think of him is because he’s one of the rare few Greek gods who have only one partner for life. Compared to a lot of the Greek Gods, he never left Persephone for any side flings.

If I could date a character from my own fanfic, it would be Jungwoo from Entranced, or Kyungsoo from Awkward. They are characters who have the traits I like: wit, supportive friendships, and the lack of care for what everyone else thinks.

If you could change any fictional character, what would you change?

IU’s character in SCARLET HEART. I would make her less cliché tbh. She should have trusted him more in the beginning. Sun Young was modelled after her character, with less shook faces and more action instead of endless whining.

If it was my character, I would change Jang Mi. Sometimes her lack of tact kind of gets on my nerves HAHAHAHA

Which character was the best villain whom you love to hate?

LOKI LOKI LOKI. I love my god of chaos to bits.

Fave sidekick character with the most heart?

Puck from Julie Kagawa’s Iron Fey series. He’s so full of heart.

Favorite fictional romance?

Henry Tilney and Catherine Morland from Northanger Abbey. Just a huge otp filled with fluff, awkwardness and delectable goodness.

What character do you think was the strongest?

Storm from X-Men. She is an amazing and inspiring protagonist.

Favorite protagonist?

Gosh, this is hard. On one hand, I know how irritating a protagonist can be, and I’m saying this because it’s so hard to have a female protagonist. Imma have to skip this question, because I don’t have a fave.

1. A crazy hacker’s gone into your computer, and has deleted all of your music, except for one song off of your writing playlist. Which song is it?

Dua Lipa – Hotter Than Hell.

2. Your protagonist and antagonist have been paired up by friends to go out to lunch together. Where do they go?

Based on Awkward, Sun Young and Ju Hyun will go to the Cirque de Envoûtement, where the circus residents can take turns scaring the wits out of them using Plan B’s crazy horror tactics…in broad daylight. I’d love to see how that goes.

3. You’re crossing a bridge when the troll living under it stops you. He demands to read a chapter from your novel, and won’t let you cross otherwise. Which chapter do you give him?

I’d give him the chapter in Entranced where Taewoon is shot and the world comes to a stop. Forgot which chapter it was.

4. Your friends have invited you out to a party. Surprise! All of your characters are there. Who do you choose to hang out with?

I would LOVE to hang out with Kyungri and her friends in Awkward. They’re so fun-loving and cheeky.

5. Crap. You left your car keys in your house, and you’ve (somehow) locked yourself out. Which of your characters picks the lock for you?

Woo-freaking-Zico. Because firstly, he’d probably choose to break down the door, and secondly, why the heck not.

6. The zombie apocalypse is happening right now. (It .) Everyone is fleeing the planet, and moving to Mars. ONE of your characters can go with you. Who do you choose?

I would bring with me Kyung. Obviously everyone would be sad and scared, but he’ll keep me reassured.

7. You’ve been given the opportunity to travel to one place (town, building, landmark, country) in your book. Where do you go?

I would jump right into the Cirque in Entranced. I’ve always wanted to go to a night circus.

8. You meet your main character and start a conversation with them. Problem is, you’ve only got six words or less to do so. What do you say?

Park Chanyeol. “I’ve waited for this moment forever.”

9. Crazy acid rain is falling from the sky. Which of your characters would you use as an umbrella?

Taewoon? He’d never let a lady get harmed. Lel.

10. You’re out at a restaurant with your main character, and the time has come to order dessert. What do you order for them?

Sun Young is a great believer of all things sinful, so Imma get a really huge dessert (any kind, but chocolate is best) and we’d share.
