Mirror, mirror on the wall who's the biggest fool of all? Must be the girl who can't stop crying, or maybe the girl who kept on trying. Taehee is more than unhappy with her looks. Not because she thinks she's ugly. But because she's a girl. She hates skirts, she hates dresses, she hates bras, she hates everything. However, she has to act like all the other girls because of her family and friends. That's why she wears decent make -up, has long hair and dresses like any other girl. PERSONALITY: 

BARBIE IS A NICE GIRL Most people that hear of Taehee don't really know who is talked about. That is, because Taehee isn't really a stand-out. She's very quiet, you won't even know she's there until she speaks and you wince and look at her like "you've been here the entire time?". But that's okay to her. She likes being known as the quiet person, the rather introverted one. She is introverted after all. It's really hard to make her approach you first, she rather sticks to those she already knows and some may even claim, she's scared of new things. Little do they know. She is scared, for a fact. But scared of other things.
Other than being a wallflower, Taehee enjoys the reputation of the nice neighborhood girl. She's the one that people would ask to babysit their kids as she's known to be very reliable and mindful. However, sometimes she overthinks a lot of things. Yeah... a lot. 

KEN IS A PLAYBOY Even though, Taehee puts a lot of effort in maintaining her reputation of being a good daughter, a nice neighbour and a reliable classmate, she has a lot of baggage to carry and a lot of things​​​​​ to hide. The best example is her uality. She is very much gay, but also very much locked in the closet. Coming out is something she doesn't consider possible, ever. People would frown upon her, she would be a disgrace to her family and what would her friends and classmates say? She overthinks those things a lot and always comes to the conclusion, that she's the victim of a very cruel society. Or maybe it was god who punished her for something she did in a former life. She doesn't know. But liking the other gender isn't all. The deep wish to actually be a man is anchored in her soul. She just isn't... a girl. Becoming a transgender is out of question, just like her coming out. But also it's something that she thinks isn't the same as really being a  man. She wants to be as tall as a man. As broad. She wants to be able to MAKE kids. She biologically wants to be a true man, not a woman made into a man. And back we are where Taehee thinks that the whole world is against her. And it will never change. Why would it? It's impossible.

AND CHELSEA IS PLAIN CREEPY Hiding your true nature is difficult. And Taehee does suffer a lot from it. Not seldomly she finds herself lasciviously staring at female classmates, at girls she sees in the coffee shops or make-up stores. And then she starts imagining, just to feel guilty of all those wrong thoughts pestering her. It's infuriating. Why can't she just stop being like that? But then, one more glance, and the excitment will be back. The soft skin, those smooth looking legs. A chest she'd like to... NO. BAD. THOUGHTS. It drives her crazy, it drives her mad. And it turns her extremely aggressive at times and she'll have to opt out to calm down again. Otherwise she might do stuff that she'll regret. And those things wouldn't be just normal things... there are no limits for Taehee once she turns mad mood. Silent waters are deep. And the deeper, the more dangerous it gets.Some people dare to enter those waters, especially men who mistake Taehee's glances or think of her being an easy target to be victimized by their greedy nature. She's radiating those submissive vibes, but those who try to take advantage of those misbeliefs wil see where it will take them... 
You see, she might look weak and as if you could trust her but don't get yourself blindsided too easily. Taehee is reckless enough to make you belief she's the cutest, nicest thing ever and that you can trust her and then she'll stab you in the back, literally (if you're a man, of course).

History

BACKGROUND:
It all started when Taehee made first friends during kindergarten, when she figured that boys were a lot more fun to be with. Boy clothing, boy toys... everything was way more fun. Yet, her parents treated her like a little princess even though she didn't want to be one at all. Her feelings remaining unconsidered by her family, she grew up as the typical girl, just a lot more discontended. No matter how much she was struggling with herself, Taehee never complained as her parents wouldn't understand and she knew her mother was such a fragile person, she would cry her eyes out if her daughter ever dared to mention that she was unhappy being a girl. Taehee never thought it'd bother her to the extent where she couldn't stand it anymore...until she met Ami. Ami is Taehee's best friend, a cute girl, pretty, delightful, a sunshine. A sunshine she step by step fell in love with, her friend not even sensing that behing their skinship and affection was more than meets the eye. Unlucky Taehee still had to face the fact that she was suffering all alone, scared to tell Ami about her feelings towards herself and her friend, everything getting all the more worse when Ami started to date one of their schoolmates. Heart-broken and desperate Taehee started praying to god. Praying and begging to start a new life as a male, not caring about the price she'd have to pay. She was willing to sacrifice anything. And then the chance was offered to her and she received a mysterious invitation.

OCCUPATION: High school student

SKILLS: Nothing in particular. Except for a rage mode that is out of this world and where she looses any control if she can't have a minute to herself. Oh, and she has mastered the art of lying. If that can be considered a skill. Since she grew up living a lie, she knows how to come up with reasonable stories and excuses that are just not true. Furthermore, Taehee is a very panicky person that, if exposed to dangers, will grab anything to defend herself. She's not much of the running type. More of the hide and attack one.

HABITS: 
✿ The nervous lip biter. Taehee bites her lower lip whenever she sees someone she finds attractive or is talked to by that certain someone.
✿Give-and-take person. If Taehee does something for you, she expects you to pay it back somehow. If you don't, she might hold a grudge against you. But if you do something for her, she'll make sure to pay you back for it, too,​​​
✿The tactical thinker. As Taehee overthinks a lot, she'll act the way she thinks is the safest. She won't act just out of a gut feeling but will think through things.


LIKES: 
✿ Nice scents. Tahee​ gets weak when smelling nice scents. She will go as far as follow foreign scents to ​​​​​​places she should stay out of.
✿ Fairytales. They are nice to dream of and most of them have Happy Ends.​​​​​
✿ Female skinship. The feeling of a warm and soft embrace is the best. Everyone wants to be loved. Female skinship lets Taehee think she's not alone.

✿ Men. She just doesn't trust them and some even gross her out. She's very cautious around them and will always suspect them to be the bad guys. Her mom after all taught her to never trust stranger men.
✿ Jealousy. There is nothing more that Tahee hates more than jealousy. It's not a form of distrust but something that means someone else has something that you don't. And there is one specific thing she is jealous of which leads to her being stressed and strained most of the time when being around men.
✿ Arguments. Fights of any kind are terrible, but the ones that get loud and people turn out to be bullheaded idiots are the worst.​​​​​

The parents - Kang Heejoon and Choi Mikyung.
A couple in their 40s who live a very average life and except nothing else than normalcy from their daughter. They are currently glad their daughter never dates and instead focuses on her studies but when the time comes, they hope she'll marry a successful man.

The best friend - Moon Ami. A classmate and Taehee's best friend. They talk about everything - except the fact that Taehee has a crush on Ami. Ami probably will never find out... despite, if Taehee manages to get her wish fulfilled. But even then she'll come back as a guy and will never tell Ami about her being the Kang Taehee that she used to know.
