talktomeinkorean.com is an amazing (and free!) resource for grammar, like honestly, it's amazing. All you need to know about grammar, pretty much. Seriously, check it out, it's my absolute favorite grammar resource out there and it's designed very well, you can also start at whatever level you are.
howtostudykorean.com has some good grammar resources and vocabulary too, and viki.com has a dual subs mode where you can watch kdramas with korean and english subs at the same time and look up words. Even if you're not a huge fan of kdramas, it's really helpful, and you get to know some more common words as well. Aside from that you can look for Korean news websites too, those are more difficult but free reading practice about all sorts of topics.
Naver dictionary also has an option where you can watch v live videos with korean subs, if you look up a word and naver has a v live it appeared in, you can watch the entire video for context and listening practice :)
