How do I write a story?

I've been writing stories from a young age but I've never written a fanic. I would like to write a Kaisoo fic where they go to school together but I don't really know where to go from there.

Well, what more do you need, really? You have your setting and your characters. Now jump into them. Who are they? High schoolers? College? That’s a good start. Then even more. Are they only children or do they have siblings? Introverted or extroverted? Any fun childhood memories? Friends? What do they like? What do they dislike?
And when you know that, then how do they meet? Are plot twists important or do you just want to write a slice of life romance? What happens when they meet? Do they fall in love? If yes, how so?
Are they nervous about their feelings? Unaware? Flirty? Completely oblivious?

Choose what you find relevant for your story. But writing a fanfic is not necessarily different from writing any other story.
