APPEARANCE  
the only tattoo minh has is a fishhook tattoo on his inner left ring finger. it's a nod to his fanbase, his minnows.he has five ear piercings on his left ear, and three more piercings on his right ear. his blood type is O. his hair is naturally very wavy and out of place + chocolate brown colored. 

FASHION minh is a mess. or at least thats what his coord noona's say. he doesn't "dress to impress" and he doesn't care what people think about him. his overall style is grungy/edgy, rock-n-roll, and messy. ripped jeans. flannels, plain black t-shirts, converse. black clothing, all the black clothing. don't forget leather jackets. like, has this guy heard of color?

BACKGROUND

Minh was born in Jinhae-Gu, South Korea on November 22, to his mother Amelia Moon and his father Moon Kyumin...yada yada yada. His mother was a translator who by the time of his birth knew various languages. Of the lanugages, she'd managed to teach her son quite a handful throughout his life-time (so far). His mother was his biggest inspiration, and it was an understatement to say that he was a mommy's boy. Minh was in love with his mother. He had the hardest time going to school when he had to because he couldn't stand being seperated from his mother. The attitude he had toward school because of his issues resulted in his mother having him home-schooled. Because of this, Minh hardly made any friends. His parents were worried, and urged him to take extra curricular courses. They wanted to see if he was capable of making friends, or was the type to choose not to have any. They enrolled him into music classes where he later learned how to play the drums, guitar, piano, bass, and ukulele. Fortunately for them, Minh had been capable of making friends when it came to things he loved and bonded over. It was hard however when they had first enrolled him because of his fear of leaving his mothers side, but the more he became one with his music, the less worried he was about leaving his mothers side. It was like he had become an entirely different person.

By the time Minh turned eight, his mother was able to re-enroll him in public school. Right off the bat, Minh had stood out. He was visually different from his classmates. He was creative with how he'd wear his uniform, and noted for having a full head of messy hair. He talked a lot and disrupted the class, but he was passionate in liturature and art. Minh was never built to be a student. He learned by watching others, but he never had the best grades. When it came to group projects and new students, he was the first person to act on it because even as a child, he knew how to talk and use his words. Minh wore his heart out on his sleeves, and he got hurt a lot for it. 

By the time Minh was in middle school he began avoiding and cutting school altogether. Both his parents worked long hours, and so, when he "took off" to school in the mornings he'd spend his time at the convenience store until he knew his parents had taken off to work, then he'd sneak back into his home to practice music. At the time, he had been participating in contests to earn some spending money to buy musical equipment. This had gone on for a month before his mother was contacted for his execive absences. You can only imagine how furious his mother had been upon hearing so. She wasn't dissapointed though, because deep down, she had already known school was not Minh's calling. He gravitated toward creativity and originality in the arts. He was destined for greater things  and her thoughts were only strengthened when she was able to hear him the night he'd managed to win first place in a local contest. Minh pleaded with her to allow him to continue practicing his music when she'd threatended to take it away from him if he didn't attend school. Minh had told his mother to watch his performance and that if he'd won first place (which he had), that she'd have to level with him a bit. She didn't want Minh to drop out of school, because what kind of parent would she be if she supported that kind of action? But, Minh did have this talent, that would take him far and wide. She knew that if he kept on going down this musical path, he wouldn't be known for dropping out, he'd be successful for it. 

So, Minh dropped out of school when he turned twelve. He practiced days and nights to prepare himself for an contests he could. That's how he earned his money to support his musical obsession. When he was old enough to find a proper job, he did, and he also created a garage band. Along with his new band, he had also discovered his love for spoken word. As previously stated, Minh was already very talented in literature, so Spoken Word bridged his path into rapping and poem writing. By the time he turned fourteen, he'd gotten the chance to audition for a company in Seoul. Although, it took him more than two years to secure a chance in the entertainment business, and four years to train and debut in a new boy group, exo.

LIKES
♛ Music. It's like he breaths it.He loves everything about it, it's his life. Where would he be without it?
♛ Food. Minh always has food on him. He's not bad when it comes to hiding it.
♛ Traveling. Minh had never gotten the chance to travel regardless that his mother had done so almost every day. He yearned to see all the places his mother had. 
♛ Rock N' Roll. It's pretty much his biggest influence in music.
♛ Literature. He'd never had been able to find his love for spoken word and rapping if it hand't started with his love for literature. 
♛ Coffee. A very guilty pleasure. 
♛ Skate Boarding. Minh doesn't really do many tricks on his skateboard as it's more of a transportation for him. 
♛ 

DISLIKES
♛ Diets. Because he loves food, how dare people try to restrict him from eating. He's already very skinny as it is, why does he have to diet?
♛ Abuse. Any Kinds. It's dispicable, and not right in the slightest. He'd openly support the victims if it helped end abuse. 
♛ Sitting Idly. He can't really stand doing nothing. He needs to be doing something or he'll go crazy.
♛ Minh doesn't like being kept waiting, nor does he like keeping people waiting.
♛ Unorganization. He doesn't have much to his name, but whatever he does have is kept neat and clean. 
♛ Being lied to. If you're going to use him, that's fine. But don't lie about it when you're being confronted. He commends honesty, and more likely to stick around if you be real with him.

HOBBIES
♛ Listening to music, rather loudly by the way.
♛ Composing/Playing Music on one of his many instruments.
♛ Creating Art. Whether it be painting, sketching, sculpting, you name it. He's got some sort of weird creative streak.
♛ Working Out. Who would have though? He actually does it though becase of his infatuation with food. Gotta burn it off one way.

HABITS
♛ Rambling on when he's excited or nervous.
♛ He tends to mix up his languages or forget words when he's under pressure.
♛ As a creative mind, he sometimes blanks out of conversations, because he looses himself to daydreams. He can be dubbed as the jpg king.

Even though he doesn't mean to close himself up, it happens every now and then.

RELATIONSHIPS 

♛ best friend + kim kibum + 20 + idol (SHINee) + Key and Minh bond heavily over their artistic views. Although not much else phases that, they do have a very good relationship. They will hang out whenever their schedules meet up. 


♛ best friend + baekhyun plotline + ## + idol trainee + I imagine that the relationship he'd have with him would be VERY flirty. For some reason, Minh would find himself VERY attracted to the vocalist, but he'd tone it down for the both of them. They'd know close to everything about each other though, and if the chance arises, Minh will and always have his back.


♛ best friend + song qian (victoria song) + 25 + idol (f(x)) + The relationship that Minh has with Victoria is VERY low key. They're the type of people to sneak around and meet up to talk casually. If Minh were to go around telling people that he's friends with Song Qian, but nobody would believe him because there's no proof the two have ever met up.Minh trusts Victoria with his life, and she's very maternal (at least to him) so he's able to tell her everything and receive the proper advice. She is his outlet.

TRAINEE YEARS four years, seven months.
TRAINEE LIFE 
As an sm trainee, he was constantly troubled and almost quit until he remembered the real reason he had become a trainee in the first place. Minh was a good five hours from his home back in Jinhae-Gu, so he didn't have the liberty to travel to and from his home for comfort. The position Minh had been working for was very competative, and everyday there was an addition, and for every addition at least two people had quit. It wasn't a question of talent, because Minh could play any instrument you threw his way, it was the fact that he needed to get used to becoming a better rapper as well as practice on his vocals. He was not good at dancing in the slightest either. He was too tall and stepped all over himself when it really mattered. This part of the training was the most difficult to overcome. 

He'd never been a member of sm rookies, but he did have a pretty good face.In regards to his debut, he may not have been a good dancer, or singer, but because he was privy to the public, he was instantly disliked for it by other trainee's and people who'd been looking to snag the position. Minh was one of the last to be introduced to the new boy group project. The reason for this being that regardless of his talents or face, SM needed to keep their reputation, and Minh had to get back into school. They faced various issues with this, but as soon as this was sorted out, they introduced Minh to the public.Even though his brand new beginning was in sight, he now had to face the struggles of debut and school.

SCANDALS 
♛ Late 2015? + EXO's Minh Dating Scandal + Minh has been spotted several times with an unknown female. Reporters and News Investigators have later identified this woman to have no relation to the entertainment industry, but does indeed have relations with Minh. Minh and this unidentified female were in a band together. Further digging suggested that the two had been dating at one point or another, but as of now, SM Entertainment has yet to make a statement regarding any rumors. 

♛ Late 2015 (after the previous scandal) + News Investigators confirm the identity of Minh's former fling, Lee Chanmi and uncover the fact that Minh dropped out of middle school to persue his love for music.
