An excuse explanation as for why I have been DEAD on this site (and why that's gonna continue until...April...?).

1. Jazz Band

     Many gigs. One tonight, one each weekend, and I can't even keep track of what else we're doing. And your girl is lead trombone so you KNOW I can't miss anything unless I'm actually on my deathbed. 

2. Symphonic Band

     Contest, performances, festivals, etc... Your girl is still lead bone, so still can't skip out on anything.

3. Solo + Ensemble Competition

     Once again, my trombone is the reason that I'm out. I have a solo piece to prepare, and a trombone trio I'm working with. 

4. Science

     WOW, SOMETHING THAT ISN'T TROMBONE-RELATED!!! I'm in a science competition at one of the schools in my district, and I need to study for it (it's biology, but still).

5. Personal Life

     While all of this is going on, I still have to attend school for seven hours a day, do homework for three hours a day, eat three meals a day, shower, sleep, clean my lizard and turtle's cages, feed the lizard and turtle, take care of my dogs, and try not to stress too much because I DON'T WANT TO BREAK OUT. 

So, yeah. Life is really hectic right now, but I promise I haven't forgotten any of my stories, and I promise I'm keeping a list of all of the prompts and requests I've been sent. When I have time to write, I will. Updates will be coming, but they will be slow and far between. Once I finish up my two active stories, I won't be starting anything else until I have a clear window to get something under way.
