Please don't suffer, please don't feel hurt anymore. You should straighten things out with him and just tell him how you honestly feel. Maybe not all how you feel, but the feeling that you can say to him to make him understand the general feeling and situation you are in. You will be in pain if you don't say something to him. In fact, you'll probably will regret it if you don't say it. I mean..at least I do.
