PERSONALITY:

👑 T.J. has always been adaptable. He easily adapts to new places and situations faster than you can blink. That's why moving was so easy for him. He could just make friends. He's also charming. There's just something about T.J. that makes people like him. There is not a person that has truly disliked T.J. ever, or so it seems. T.J. is very energetic. He's just naturally like that. He's hyped for everything and anything. He'd be bouncing while walking or just standing there. He has more energy than he knows what to do with it. With that, he's enthusiastic. He's very into everything and anything. He's just down for everything and always very happy to be part of it. He's more enthusiastic for things that sound weird, like school. He likes being there, oddly. T.J. is very outgoing. Since he's so energetic, he loves going out and meeting new people, making new friends. He likes to make himself very approachable and is always smiling, like a ray of sunshine. T.J. also likes to be positive about everything. He can think of the most positive things in the darkest situations, and though they don't always helps, it sure is refreshing to have someone that never is down. 
👑 T.J. is very affectionate. He loves to be with someone and have physical contact somehow. He just likes being around people. He loves to give hugs and cling to people. It's both cute and annoying. Despite being affectionate and loving being around people, he's very independent. Almost to a point where it's a fault. He hates asking people for help and he likes to work alone when it comes to school. He doesn't like bothering people with his problem so he tries to solve them by himself. T.J. can be very ingenuous as well. He's a very trusting kid and is very child like because he hasn't really been through the hardships of the world yet. He's really easy to trick because he's unsuspecting. Despite that, T.J. is very observant. He likes to watch people and how they act so he knows his limits, and theirs. He doesn't seem like it because he's such a kid, but he knows a lot about people and most of the time, he can tell what someone is really thinking, just by watching how they act. T.J also gets very passionate. When he does something, he has to finish it. When he wants to do something, he will do it and he will finish it. That's why puzzles and challenges are a bad idea when it comes to him. T.J. can also get a bit sensitive. During certain times, he gets hurt easily and his feelings get hurt. He forgives right away, but at that moment his feelings are hurt. Other times it takes a lot to hurt him. It depends on how stressed he is. 
👑 T.J. is very anxious on the inside. He always worries about something and gets very jumpy when those things are mentioned. But it's only the big things, like when they have to use strength for an event coming up and him knowing he has no chance of winning. Things that that give him anxiety. He's very curious as well. Honestly, he'd be the person to die first in the horror movies because he heard something and wondered what it was so he went to find it. Everything that sparks that curious trait, he will go find or watch. Because of that, T.J. is very distracted. He has a hard time focusing on something he doesn't really want to do and will get distracted by everything and anything. He could honestly get distracted by dirt on the table. And with that, he's impulsive. He will just do what's on his mind. If he wants to do it, he will do it without any thoughts. Like the one time he went to the beach on a rainy day by himself. He just wanted to go to the beach and so he did. T.J. can be very Manipulative when he wants to. He's very good at influencing people and changing meanings to words said to benefit what he wants to do. Sometimes it just happens, other times he does it on purpose, like that trip to Castle hill he had last year with his friends. How do you think they all agreed? He's good with words and he knows it. But even with all that, T.J. can be very stressed. He cares about his many friends to a point where he gets stressed for them. His grades stress him, test scores stress him, life stresses him. He tries to hid it, but sometimes it just goes to a point where he just sits in his room and doesn't move. 

BACKGROUND: 

👑 T.J. Hong, or Hong Taejun, as his official name is, was born in Sydney, Australia. Not by purpose though. His parents are doctors and had gone to Sydney for a seminar and training. His mother was only 7 months pregnant at the time and was with her husband because he had asked her to come with him. He didn't trust her by herself at home. They spent a month in Sydney, him working and her relaxing when her water broke. 6 hours later and with a lot of meds, Taejun was born.
👑 The pair had decided that Sydney was a good place to live and moved there permanently. They gave Taejun an official English name, Tymithi, and took on English names of their own. They had both gotten a job at a hospital and were pretty stable so Tymithi was very wealthy growing up. He had the best nannies and tutors that his parents could afford and he knew, even if he didn't see his parents often, that they loved him so he loved them back 10 fold despite not seeing them often.
👑 At age 10, Tymithi started moving around Australia since his parent's job asked them to. It was pretty easy since Tymithi was a very sociable kid. Though, he never liked his name and always preferred T.J. over Taejun and Tymithi. He went all over Australia before his parents settled down in Dubbo in the Orana Region of New South Wales, Australia. He lived there for his middle school life and he enjoyed it a lot. 
👑 However, one day in 8th grade, T.J. had a random thought. Much like normal, but this one was about how it would be to be an animal, so he thought of himself in the life of a dog, and he actually became a dog. He freaked out and eventually became human again. He kept that secret to himself for about, 2 days before telling his parents. His mom thought he was going bonkers until he showed her by becoming a cat. Hid dad laughed, his mom freaked out. It was then that his father decided to tell him it was in his genes to morph. His father couldn't morph, but his grandfather could, and that's how the two parents decided to ship T.J. off to his grandfathers for high school to learn about how to control his powers. After his 8th grade was over, of course.
👑 The summer of 8th grade and T.J. was in New Zealand with his grandfather. Why was his grandfather in New Zealand? He was an old professor at the New Zealand school and decided to just live there when he retired. He probably taught T.J. to the best of his abilities, but it was still difficult, because despite both being Animorphing users, they had differences in the powers. T.J. lived his high school life very peacefully. He would go to school and beat out his friendly rival, then go home and attempt to train his powers. Attempt because it never actually did much. T.J. accepted that he couldn't be good at both regular smarts and superpowers so he was okay with it. He often transformed to hide when he didn't want to be found or when he wanted affection because everyone likes dogs and cats.
👑 Then the news of the attacks came. T.J. was in his last year of high school when his grandfather decided to move back to South Korea to make sure they would be safe, but the news of Incheon spread and his grandfather had made up his mind. T.J. was going to Incheon while he went back to help any potential attacks in New Zealand. Of course, T.J. was a smart kid, but very stupid. He would get himself killed so his grandfather gave him a babysitter. Minhyuk, also the kid across the street with Pathokinesis, was put in charge of T.J. and fallows him practically everywhere.

Mom and dad have always played a big role in T.J.'s life. Despite being doctors, they made time for T.J. and tried their best to be good parents. Then they sent him off and they kid of drifted, but T.J. still loves his parents with all his heart. They just aren't as close as they used to be.

His grandfather took care of him for a long time, and how his grandfather is, how could they not be close? His grandfather is always cheering him up and cracking jokes. He really supports T.J. and T.J loves it. He's probably the only who can really tell what T.J. is thinking.

Changbin and T.J. have been friends for years. What do you mean years? Well, when T.J. first moved in with his grandfather, they went on a vacation to Seoul. Turns out his grandfather owned a house in Seoul and his neighbor was Changbin. With T.J.'s very limited Korean, they made friends. Changbin teaches T.J. Korean when he visits and T.J. teaches Changbin English. Changbin may or may not be T.J.'s Man crush.

Camila is T.J.'s rival in school. They are always playfully arguing and talking to each other. Especially when it comes to sports. She's the one that called him Tim Tams and made it fly. T.J. still talks to her despite moving.

Minhyuk was put in charge of T.J. by his grandfather, to make sure he doesn't do anything bad. Not like he was, but he dislikes the fact that his grandfather doesn't trust him enough to be alone. Minhyuk doesn't talk much so it's hard to get close to him.

Back story on this is, when T.J. first came to the school, he saw Yeonah and the wind was blowing and wow, she was pretty. He was looking at her and walking when he tripped on god knows what and fell face first. Yeonah, being her normal self went over to help him. He had a scratch and she healed it. Since then T.J. has had the biggest crush on her but is too scared to go talk to her since the trauma of falling face first haunts him.
