i’m probably gonna make a lot of people hate me with this blogpost but from what i know, a lot of my friends here are bangtan stans so...

in light of everything that’s going on, as well as the iheart thing and the fact that bangtan and wanna one scored #1 and #2 respectively for january’s brand rankings, i just noticed something that’s honestly really sad but touching at the same time.

armys literally have noone to stand beside them.

every k-pop fandom is against armys (especially proved during the bbmas) and it’s so rare to see fans of other groups acknowledging bangtan’s individual talents, unlike what they do for different top groups. even when people wished for death upon the bangtan members, when they were called names that obviously hurt the boys, when armys did something other fans had also done, no other fandom bothered to hold armys’ hands or show support to the boys.

while people could forgive and forget bad things done by other fandoms, one mistake by army will last forever even when explanations/apologies are made.

all except for wannables.

wannables, who helped do the fanchant for bangtan because not a lot of armys managed to get tickets for the event. armys even trended a thanks for wannables and really, they deserve a grand thank you.

it’s even more amazing considering that bangtan are good friends with a couple of wanna one members, and everyone knows wanna one are bts fanboys. it’s also sadistically hilarious to recall that armys are the most problematic fandom internationally and wannables are the most problematic domestically.

i don’t mean to offend any fans or groups in particular and i’m open to receiving any different opinions, since i’m just talking about how armys only really have wannables to help them around and how pitiful armys really are. sigh.

these two fandoms can be really, really problematic and annoying tbh, i certainly admit that, but i belong to both and i’m glad that at least they can get along well. i just hope that someday the k-pop world will be at peace without any more fanwars. until then, looks like wannables are all that armys have.
