STRONGBERRY - Long Time No See (Korean BL)

Hey guys.

If you've seen my last post, you'll know I'm going through some rough stuff at home with my cat being ill.  To cope, I've "relapsed" back into drama mode and, today, this trailer popped up in my youtube feed.  Youtube, you know just what to help cheer me up.

The backstory is none too crazy; a bully victim turned hitman falls in love and tries to leave his darkness behind him for good.  To top it all off, he's gay and his newfound love provides him a painful twist that he doesn't see coming.  Think Mr and Mrs Smith... just Korean and gay.  The best, isn't it?

It's available at the following link on Vimeo on Demand.

That's right, you have to pay for it to see it (this can be easily done via a free Vimeo account and Paypal).  While I'm usually a big supporter of lets-scower-the-interwebs-to-see-if-I-can-find-if-for-free, I didn't hesitate to pay the $15 to watch it.  STRONGBERRY is the production group and the film doesn't seem to be big budget.  For such a small scale film (the film itself is about an hour and a half), it is made amazingly well.  The camera edits, fight choreography, and extremely talented acting will make you think you're watching something that was made for the big screens.

Give it a try; it's one of the best Korean Boys Love films I have ever seen.  And, if you know my track record, you'll know I've seen more than my fair share.  Please support the artist!
