So when youre feeling down and youre all alone. How do you cheer up?ย

This is super late lol but If you have a pet, trust me, caressing them relaxes a lot and their love will def put a smile on your face, other than that, listening to your favorite playlist also can lift your spirit, my other option is walking while breathing deeply, and last but not least, pamper yourself! it could be a new hairstyle, new clothes, new make up, just anything °v°

This is very late but self-care is always important. Remind your self you don’t always feel this way and it will pass, think about the thing that going well in your life. Everyone is different but a list of things that help you feel less stressed is food journal, draw, color, listen to music, watch a tv show or favorite movie, start a new series, reach out to a friend or family member. Find the things that work for you leave the rest. ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ’›

I go on YouTube and watch random funny kpop videos or videos of really cute animals.

I'm gonna go out.. like indeed going out, aimlessly.. Take my motorcycle.. Certainly at night.. Sometime stop in the edge of the river, seing the light, seing water, for hours, alone, doing nothing, it calms me down, and I could reconstruct everything in my head, after that, going home and sleep..
The next day, I'm feeling like having a full charged battery..

Whenever I had a very bad day and feeling alone. I'll pray to God first and after that I listened to SHINee's songs or other songs.I also watched bunch of SHINee's videos hahaha So basically God helped me to forget all my problems and took away my anxiety feeling through SHINee and musics. That's how I cope with my sadness and depression stage hehe

Sometimes I like to do cleaning whenever I'm feeling down , write poems , meditate , play sports , listen to music , go under the running water , or go to calm beautiful places

Sometimes when I listen to music it brings my mood back up. Somedays I just sleep when I just feel down and don't feel like trying to bring my mood back up.

Idk if my way will helps and it's kinda same with starlightpulses. I'll just do nothing for a while and then I'll cry as much as I want. After that I will take a shower and sleep. Honestly when I'm feeling really down, nothing really helps, yeah including watching shinee videos and reading/hearing encouraging words.

Anyway, try to busy yourself with what makes you genuinely happy :) You are appreciated and loved. I hope you're fine <3

or exchange messages with friends.
reading your fanfics stories all over again
actually in rereading Still beautiful to me & sequel. that's makes me cheer up and happy
ohhh listening or watching Shinee upbeat songs like woof woof perfect 10
photograph and watching shinee Savage videos hahaaaaa

Listen to your favorite music. Eat. Stroll. Watch. Sleep. Relax. Read books or something. Just make yourself busy hahaha and do things that you want and I think it could cheer you up.

Maybe go for a walk for some fresh air, or watch ur favourite videos that can make u laugh or smile to forget ur current feeling, or find someone to talk to or having a good meal?
I know talk is always easy than the do it, but hope u can overcome it soon. Cheer up:)

i would usually listen to music when i feel down, but now when i listen to music i just cry... so i read. find something you like. read read read! put on some piano music, violin music, something soothing. make yourself a cup of tea/coffee.
i know you have many children so... peace and quiet if difficult. maybe your parents can take them for an evening and you can take a breather for yourself. lets get better together Harunachan. fighting!

Hmm. When I feel down, I sometimes just let myself wallow in it for a while, wait it out, eventually the feeling of being down lessens. On these days I sometimes spend too many hours sleeping, or staying n bed doing nothing. It's okay to be down sometimes, I guess, but I don't let it consume me. Other times, I surround myself with the things that make me happy--like music and literature. :)
