Exhausted

I'm totally exhausted. I let out a small sigh. Then I feel like giving up I let a huge sigh. My steps feels heavier. I feel like want to stop running. It's tiring. Exhausting. 

When I see people cry, I want to hug them and tell them it's okay. Because I know how it feels. But if I am the one who cry...

It's okay to cry sometimes right? It's okay to let a deep sigh sometimes right? It's okay to take a rest right? It's okay to stay alive right?

It's okay to cry. It's okay to sigh . It's okay to feel too deep. It's okay to feel what you feel. Your feelings the matter . They are valid. Sometimes , crying is one way to express emotion. One way to feel connected to a certain context. If crying makes you feel better , then cry if you need. But once you have stop crying , don't cry over the same thing again. Time will heal.
