You see a cop with a red glowing light on his helmet. He's holding a non-Human by it's collar as he pointed a gun at the odd's forehead. Seconds later you hear a loud shot.. you just witnessed a murder.. the cop spots the horns sticking out from your head, now he comes after you.

THEY. ARE. ALWAYS. WATCHING! ☯

[IC]The S.S.U. is a secret spy headquarters the government doesn't know about yet. Their goal is to stop the government from killing off the people with magic (non-humans). 
[IC]They go on missions to spy on criminals and gangs. They even break into the president’s work office to steal evidence of his evil doing. S.S.U. members risk their lives for the citizens of Natsukashii and Japan.

[IC]These cops work for the powerful and evil Miyamoto. They will risk their lives to satisfy their boss at all times. These people are only human. They will not have mercy on those who aren't human. If a Red Light catches you they have the right to injure, kill or bring you to the president and let him decide your fate. 

[BIC]◣CITIZENS◥

[IC]The citizens are the weakest people in the country. They create riots and fight one another for many reasons. They are a mix of non-humans and human who are constantly abused and scared by the government/ Red Lights. Some of them live ordinary lives without worry or care about what's going on.

[BC]◣S.S.U. Secret Spy Unit◥

[IC]This HQ has to be the most mysterious and second most powerful group in the city. Nobody knows about this group.. their goal is to stay hidden from the citizens and government. The people in the S.S.U. are called Ghosts.. Why? Well because they are never seen or caught when doing a mission. Being a Ghost means to risk your life to save the citizens and your HQ. People in this group are usually non-humans and human. Nobody has ever seen the leader's face but she expects you to get the job done.

[IC]Gangs are the lowest rank in the city but dangerous as well. They can be a mix of non human and human. These gangs kill, fight and kidnap citizens of the city. Criminals are hunted down by the Government and S.S.U.! Being a criminal is a risky class to be in..◥
