Honestly, how do I start with this? This hit me hard, having struggled and is still struggling with depression for many many years. I got into kpop from Youtubers React out of all places, and learned about Shinee from them. They were the first group I heard along with EXO and whoever else was in that series of videos but that's not the main topic and I picked up Jonghyun's voice immediately from everyone else because of his voice. His voice, at least to me was the most distinctive out of everyone in the group. He had become my first bias, and though I don't listen to the group much now, I knew the group from his voice alone.
