untitled

I miss you the most
In the wee hours of the morning
Before the first light kisses the sky
And the moon still watches us over.
I miss you the most
In the gentle laps of the ocean waves
Its sweeping caress of the sandy shores
In the dampening breeze of the salty sprays.
I miss you the most
In the stillness of the night
When shadows whisper in the quiet eve
And dreamless sleep is but an elusive prize.
IĀ  miss you the most
Every second, every minute, every hour, every day.
When the dawn wind rises
And the stars alight in the darkening grey.
