y'all probably wondering what is up with this blog post 

so let me tell y'all WHAT IS UP

i'm watching a drama called [ 청춘시대2 / age of youth 2 ] or [ hello, my twenties! ] and if you guys don't know what that is, y'all really missing out bc it's an amazing slice-of-life drama about love, friendship, heartbreak and coming to peace with oneself [ mmmm very funny but also very very deep ].

it's also got a super hot cast and if you have watched the first season [ age of youth ], you will know it's not as simple as a drama about a-bunch-of-girls-living-their-lives.

before i go on, [ SPOILER ALERT !!! ]

i just thought i'd share my thoughts here because i need me some tlc and emotional support because well

THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE ROLLERCOASTER OF A DRAMA, the couple that i've been rooting for the ENTIRE TIME DID NOT EVEN GET TOGETHER despite having a total of 28 episodes [ season 1 + season 2 ] to do so.

i am honestly SO SALTY ABOUT THIS ???

i've watched a lot of dramas in my life but this is the first time i've felt so strongly about a particular couple ( i honestly ship them so much ugh i am actually trash ).

it is the ssong x seongmin [ 쏭성민 ] ship [ song jiwon x im seongmin] and i just honestly can't get over the fact i've been done over by the jtbc writers because they keep hinting that the two will get into a relationship but even until the last episode, they didn't even like hug, i mean, it's kind of depressing.

now before y'all blast me, i am aware that in this season, jiwon is facing a very important personal struggle and that she needs to focus on overcoming it. she doesn't really have time nor the spirit to be romancing anyone, let alone seongmin, so yeah, i understand why the writers might have decided against a love line for the two characters.

i just really hope jtbc makes a season 3 for my babies jiwon and seongmin because ugh seongmin is so in love with jiwon but she doesn't see it or know it either. in the last episode, it's strongly insinuated that he has a crush on her but he refuses to confess because one, he is probably scared about her turning him down, two, doesn't want to ruin their friendship or three, wants her to come to him naturally without him pressuring her with his confession. most likely number three, knowing my selfless and considerate seongmin.
