I can't believe I'm coming up on my third NaNoWriMo. It's... weird? Like, time has passed so quickly, it feels like I was just completing last years. And, while last year I was a bit of a rebel and made my word count goal 50k for all of my stories... this year I want to try and do the impossibly again, like I did in 2015, and write 50k to one story.

For those of you who've followed me since that very first NaNoWriMo, you know that I completed 50k, but my laptop crashed and I lost probably 80% of what I wrote, and quite frankly it was a bit discouraging for me as a writer. That story was my baby at the time, and I haven't been able to write it properly since, because we all know rewriting something you were already pleased with is never as good as the original.

This year... I honestly want to try again. And hopefully succeed, especially since I may not get to participate in 2018, due to a very heavy school load.

So... yeah.

I had tried to do something for NaNo Prep starting in August, but Hurricane Irma screwed my entire schedule up and I ended up giving up on the that the moment I evacuated. September officially started NaNo Prep season, and while I'm just now getting back into prepping myself, I figure a month in advance isn't too bad. 

First I'll list what I plan to do between now and November 1st.

I have The 7th Sense and The Devil's Sons still ongoing, and while I'm nowhere near completing them (especially not in a month's time) I would like to write ahead enough in order to update in November for all of you, at least every other week (interchanging between the two). That means, I want to write two chapters for each to update this month, and then additional three chapters to get me through November, and into the first updates of December, and if I'm lucky, I'll write six chapters ahead (12 total between the two) to take me into the New Year.

And, along with those chapters, I need to complete my one-shot for the Secret Santa I joined (which won't be too hard, because I'm already a decent way through it and Hella inspired).

As for NaNoWriMo... I'm a bit torn as of right now of what to do.

The last two years have been dedicated to BTS fics. And this year, I want to dedicate NaNo to another group (sorry to my BTS readers, I promise those stories will be updated soon, I really do! I'm even considering adding them to Wattpad and AO3). 

My options are as follows, but if you have a prompt you've seen or an idea you want to see come to life, and would like to suggest it, I wouldn't mind it. I'm all ears for new inspiration. 
These are all fics that I've got general ideas and plans for, but have yet to actually write anything to.

Highlight - Soonyoung x OC x Jihoon - RomCom
Candy Stripe Boy - Soonyoung x OC - Angst
Simple - Jihoon x OC - light angst/little romcomy, but not quite?
Christmas in June - Soonyoung x OC - RomCom
The Summer Before - Soonyoung x OC x Ten(kind of but not really, lol) - RomCom

Most of them are Hoshi fics... can you tell I'm trash?
But, like I said. I'm open to prompts and inspiration at this point. And not just for Soonyoung, any member of Seventeen, NCT and even Exo is fine by me. Oh, B.A.P, Block B or Pentagon too! Lol, hmu.

I suppose I'll post an update later about which story I've decided to go with.
