Soo Yeon had always been thought to be paranormal—she’s not, because what she saw were Shadow Hunters. What are Shadow Hunters? Soo Yeon had been asking the same question herself, but she knows that they are nothing alike to ghosts or spirits.

When the Shadow Hunters realized that their existence was made known by Choi Soo Yeon, they decided to do what’s best for their kind—to kill her. However, things went out of hand and the plan backfired—Soo Yeon ended up saving one of them—nobody could determine if this was a good thing or a bad thing, not even the Shadow Hunters themselves.

One thing to know about Shadow Hunters is that when somebody saves your life, that savior is your fated partner, because it’s not the fact that you’re the one that saves him or her, but it’s the fact that fate put you there.

However, it turns out that destiny had no means to set her with one fate—not one, not two, but three providence.

The monsters will never let her out, but by all means—Soo Yeon had no plans to stay.
