When did I Start? 
I started listening to K-Pop in 2010 after watch a fellow youth group member doing a dance cover to Taeyang's Wedding Dress. The song was catchy. So once I got home from the camp, I went on line and watch other music videos of Taeyang. I enjoyed seeing the dance craft and listening to the vocal and sound editing. It was like watching a short film. I really did not know there was a genre for this type of music back then. After a while I sort of drifted away from K-Pop because i had no idea of any other artist to listen to and got tired of waiting for the only artist I knew to release new songs. But 3 years later, I reacquainted with K-Pop. I had found someone who shared the same passion for the music genre. Enue Hippie Arellanohad introduced to me Bangtan Soyeondan. 
Why I listen to K-Pop? 
For me, the language barrier does not exist when I listen to K-Pop. The music is more relatable to the listener. Some of the idol groups songs are inspirational and allows the listener to reflect and think about how to live life and follow their dream even if it is hard. K-Pop music videos are visually simulating and energetic. An idol group is so diverse when it comes to members, rappers, vocalist, dancers and even some play instruments. These idol group can also have sub groups that sing in another language than Korean. The members of these group aren't only singers/rappers but also they are actors/actresses. Theses individuals are very talented.

Hopefully those who are very closed-minded will understand why I listen to K-Pop and stop continually asking the same question over and over again."

Author's Note: I know that Kris left EXO but when I got back into KPOP in 2013. Even though he wasn't my ultimate bias in EXO his departure from the group in 2014 broke my heart but i didn't get time to heal since soon after that Luhan and Tao left also. In recent events with Infinite, their contracts were finished and it was their decisions  to renew or not. My first Infinite MV was  their EP Come Back Again.I have kept up with Infinite since 2013; starting out with Infinite H's debut. Since the firsst time I listend to their music I was been drawn to them as  a group, sub-units and solo artists. HOya has always stood out to me with his caring and upbeat personality. When I found out about his departure I spent nths hours crying until I fell asleep. I will always remember INFINITE AS OT7. For those groups that have experienced a member(s)' departure; they'll always have the orginal number of members to me no matter when I fell for their group: Exo OT12, Super Junior OT15, DBSK/TVXQ OT5, Winner OT5,  Beast OT6, TeenTop OT6, *U-Kiss OT6 (OT7)*, * 2PM OT7, and more.

*U-kiss :AJ haitus* (members: soohyun, kiseop, eli, hoon,  kevin, jun)  note that  i know kevin and aj have left the group but this was in the respected time whe i started listening to their music.
