*I started my experience in the shipping fandom with predominantly SM ent. artists in the second generation. A lot has happened since then, waxing and waning my motivation to write as the joy I had from admiring these idols and incorporating them into my fictional universes began to dull. I still don't know when I intend to write again or about whom, but these are the ships that still remain blooming in my heart.

 The passage of time could not unglue these two from my heart, nor stop the warm, familiar feeling that arises in the pit of my stomach when I see them together. Perhaps it is latent delusion that keeps me yearning for their reunion, or the simple fact of their chemistry igniting a storm of inspiration for dreamt up stories of passion and euphoria. Sometimes I can't quite describe how these two beautiful strangers have such a firm, unrelenting grasp on my heart, and I wonder if it's the fantasy forever upheld in my mind of this perfectly imperfect connection between two people. Krystal Jung, a gentle heart beneath an icy veil, and Amber Liu, warm and vibrant, determined to melt through the complex protective layers that encase the true essence of the girl she's come to deeply adore.

Angst. So much angst. It doesn't make much sense, does it? For me to have such a tragically depressing headcanon for two bright, joyous, youthful people. Yet it's strangely addictive, pulling me back time and time again. I don't have any real-life attachment to them, as beautiful as they are, but rather I'm in love with the idea of this boy and girl-next-door, two melancholic souls crossing paths in an infinite number of scenarios, mulitple universes, neverending opportunities, and in each one there's an unfathomable connection.
