Okay, so I'm not a big reader of Mpreg stories because a lot of times, it's very unbelievable and there is no good explanation for why and how the male is pregnant, it's just there and no one seems to question it, and at times it's a bit awkward. So my best friend challenged me to write a story about believable Mpreg where the reasoning behind it is explained, so I have an idea, but I need y'all's input on if you would read this or not.

 

So my idea is this: It's the distant future and an epidemic has erased the entire female population. In an attempt to keep the human race going, the government instructs scientists to work on perfecting a way to create artificial uteruses to place inside males, giving them the ability to have children via C-section. By doing this, scientists must perform experiments on young feminine looking males (taken from orphanages or poor families), subjecting them to , abortion, forced C-sections, and abusive treatment by the scientists and doctors. However, to hide the abuse, the government brainwashes the population by showing them commercials depicting that the males, now called "Mothers", are being well treated and being advocates for a new way of living. While traveling to a larger holding facility, a truck carrying some of the "Mothers" has an accident and they flee their captors. One of them (Ryeowook) manages to escape into a forest and stumble upon a small farm where three friends (Yesung, Kyuhyun, and Donghae) live. Yesung offers Ryeowook shelter in exchange for help around their farm, and slowly the two fall for one another, leading them to have one night, which results in Ryeowook becoming pregnant. He is then forced to tell Yesung about his predicament and the abuse he received. Sungmin will also appear as Ryeowook's best friend and fellow "Mother", who Yesung and Kyuhyun agree to help rescue and expose the government for their treatment of the "Mothers".

 

So this is my idea, and I don't want to give away too much of the plot because I'm still mentally working it all out, and am focused on my crime story now, but I just want to know, that if in this situation, would you read Mpreg? Again, this is just the first thing that came to mind after I was challenged, and would like to hear any suggestions or thoughts. Thanks guys!
